Hooray! On'y been back on track since Sunday really but thought I would keep to my Weds weigh in and was thrilled that Glorious Gloria told me today that I've lost three pounds Am well chuffed about that after the huge gain I've been on a roller coaster with since Easter.
Well done on everyone else's losses and good luck to all future weigher inners.....I know you'll do well

Heya well done Veggie that's cool. I somehow lost 3lb this week even though it's not been great, good and bad days! So that's a stone in total but I don't wanna get too excited as I'm back home and the Wakefield boots scales may disagree!

Well done Viviki, I lost this week too, down a pound. Still up on what I weighed at Easter, but it's coming off slowly and surely.
Am in my new work routine and that's helping.
Gareth, well done on your loss so far, you sound like you're doing great
Good luck to our future weigher-inners.

I lost 2lbs at yesterday's weigh in, which is a lot for me! It's usually 0.5-1lb. That's 11 now in total.

Well done everyone else.
