Wish we could have tied that kid up, I think my friend would have gladly punched him back if she was allowed to....she was seething about him still this morning.
Thankfully he wasn't there today and work was a lot smoother.
I have just got back from going to a tattoo place with my friend, she's had a nice one done on her lower back, it does look right nice, but I'm too chicken to get one done myself, cluck, cluck, cluck.
Anyone else got a tattoo on here? My friend said it was just a bit tender but not really painful getting it done and she's pleased with the result so it was worth it to her. I'll just stick to getting my belly button re peirced...my ring fell out last Dec and I was devastated about it as I really loved it, I have a friend visiting from Blighty soon, so might talk her into going and getting hers done when I get mine done again.
Have a great day everyone.
PS. 8 points for a klondike bar Cathy..I still want one...maybe tomorrow???

Hi Girls,

Chris i'm a clucker too (but a pleasant one ) it took me donkey's years to pluck up courage to have my ears pierced never mind any other body parts but my daughter has her ears, belly button and TONGUE pierced..silly bugger!

I've quite fancied having a very small heart tattoo-ed on either the side of my neck or shoulder..but i've never done it more because i'm bothered about the cleanliness of the place i would be having it done at..i.e. sterile needles etc. than anything else.

Hi
thought I'd pop in and say hi on this thread!
I'm new here and just finding my feet.

I've recently joined WW as my weight loss had stalled. It's my weigh in tomorrow but not looking forward to it as it's been a difficult week. Fear I'll have to peel off my silver 7 sticker and give it back !

a bit about me:
I live in Sheffield with partner and our 3 kids ( aged 14, 12 and 7). We've got a dog and a cat and 2 new kittens, who are very frisky !

OMG, please help me girls. I have been so off these past two days! Yesterday I went to the beach with a friend and ate a HUGE hoagie filled with sea food, and later in the evening munched down a slab of carrot cake. Thought I was ok and back on track today until we went on a field trip at school to go blueberry picking. Now I know they are healthy enough but at the farm there was a bakery and they made fresh bread so I bought a loaf of bacon and onion bread, it was absolutely devilish delish and I ate three big slices for lunch. Got over that and planned a very healthy dinner, even went to the store to buy provisions and Dave called and said he'd ordered chinky for us!! So of course, seeing as I don't eat chinky very often at all, I came home (after Curves of course) and chowed on down on sweet and sour and fried rice. I only feel half guilty about all of this too and really do hope I can get back on track tomorrow. I know I've had odd days when I've splurged but since getting back on the wagon at the first of the year, I have always managed to get back on track the next day, and now i've splurged for two......please shout at me now and tell me to pack it in! Thanks for the ears I feel better now ( and stuffed)!!!

Thanks Cathy,
I needed a good shouting at. I woke up this morning with a new perspective again and was feeling really good. Have stayed within points so far, but am now off to a candle party this evening...I'll just hang round the veggie tray and hope I keep away from all the other stuff that my friend has made. If I don't, I have already done urves so I am exercising to cuonteract....and the guilt is back so that's good too. The bread is alll gone, I think someone up above was looking out for me cos Lew, the devilish hound, jumped up on the kitchen counter last night (never done this before) and got the rest of the loaf and I caught him in the pleasurable act of munching through it.it must have been the bacon flavour in it.....LOL! So it's all gone and I haven't even touched a muffin........see I am angelic
Later all. Have a great evening.

Tomorrow is another day and I will be super slimmer of the day and check in with you all and tell you how super I was. Watch this space.
And thanks again for the support....what would I do without you all?

Chris I can relate to the eating phase. I am struggling to stick to plan for the whole week at the moment and when I fall I fall big style. Last night was cheese and wine and more wine and more cheese and then this morning more cheese and more cheese and then a big bowl of muesli for some vitamins (???)

Have the TOM from ****. Am going up the caravan later today and coming back tomorrow night. Am getting new windows put in at home on Monday and then back up to the caravan until Saturday. Am looking forward to it just being me and my boys for a few days, Ray working - aw shame !!!!!

best go get this day started

Hi Ladies, I AM BACK ON TRACK!!! Had another BBQ to go to yesterday for a neices graduation and although I probably went over on points, it wasn't by much and I ate very conservitavely. Seems to be the week for BBQ's for me, we went to a friends house today and sat on her deck enjoying the fantasic weather and they cooed us lunch, once again, I was careful with the points and didn't go over today. I am quite proud of myself....seems like my four days of pigging are over (fingers crossed, mouth shut).
Carol, hope you have a nice time for your hols and manage to fight off the cheesy monster, but if you don't we'll help you get back on track when it's over and done. Same with you Cathy, it's nice to know I wasn't the only one suffering this past week. What would I do without ya?
Have a great Monday everyone. Don't get to hot in Britian, I read in the Sun that the next week is going to be a scorcher! Ejoy.
