I was back on track last night, well I still am, yay!!! I had some good news yesterday that my bank charges are being reimbursed woohoo! I have £700 to spend on whatever I like. Hehe, my husband and I live on the edge of money normally, so its nice to have something to treat myself with, I think I'll be saving some till I lose some more weight, and then get me some nice size 14 clothes (in the very distant future). Don't know what else to spend on hehe. Maybe a new 3 piece suite.

Hi all

Hows everyone doing?I've been for my weigh in tonight and lost another pound ...now comes the point when I need to listen to myself telling everyone else a pound is still aloss etc etc - oohh how impatient I am!!

I seem to have been doing this for ever -and whilst I know I'm getting there I sort of feel like how much flippin longer!!!!

The big picture is 1 more pound and I'll have lost 4 stone which for anyone who knows me is bloody amazing... the problem is thinking crikey not even half way there yet!

Still keep watching the ticker and doing the cross trainer - which by the way is alot harder than I thought it would be!!

Good luck everyone with weigh in's this week x

Cheers Helen -

I know its awesome - just have to keep reminding myself lol - I hit 40 in october and am struggling with that - so the least i can do to myself is start fitting into inappropriate clothes and embarrassing my kids - I beleive it's what they call 'earning the right!!'

Morning Ladies,
It's weigh in day.....went to the gym last night and the scale there said that I lost a pound. So I'm keeping all fingers and toes crossed that the sacle tonight says the same.

Bubbly, well done on the pound lost. As you said, one pound is still a loss....and they do add up. And 4st is a great achievement already.

Helen, well this tax return was a special thing. I've just moved to the UK in December, so I worked only 4 months till the end of the taxyear in April and therefore stayed under the minimum earning, which ment that I got all my taxes back. Next year it'll be a whole different story lol.

Happy day today, I'm 2 pounds down with with TOM, yay! Can't believe how well I'm doing, it's going really well. Hope your weigh in goes well too Moonchild.

I've got a busy weekend coming up, a friend coming over tomorrow night to eat and watch Peter Kay dvd, and then we're off to see Transformers on Saturday night. The temptation with these social things is to snack so I'm hoping to stay strong. I think I'll take some ryvita minis with me to the cinema and some coke zero. Anyhow that's not till Saturday.

I had a late night last night and am feeling pretty grotty this morning, hoping a green tea will wake me up lol

Woooweee Helen, well done. 2lb loss thats fantastic!!! Good for you. As for your weekend it might be an idea to make some syn free crisps and take them to the movies. I know its not the same as the lovely butterkist popcorn, but it's definetely better for ur figure lol. plus its a lot cheaper.

I'm not really awake today either, I think it's the up and down with this bleemin weather. Feel completely knackered and I went to bed at 10 last night....

OOh good idea, so what time do you weigh in? I keep checking back here to see how you got on. Thanks for the encouragement, it spurs me on to keep doing well.

I know what you mean with this weather, I had a killer headache the other day and am sure it was down to the athmosphere change. I'm hungry, and the body optimise site seems to be down, which is annoying me.

I weigh in at 6 tonight, so I won;t post until tomorrow morning, cause I don't have a computer at home. And tomorrow will be my last day on for 2 weeks, cause I'm off work and can't post. If I should drop in an e-cafe somewhere I'll sure drop you a line then....

Hope it goes well tonight then. I also don't have a computer at home, occasionally I can get on the internet via the playstation 3's web browser but our connection has been playing up recently. Have a good two weeks off, you doing anything nice?

Thanks, not really planned anything. My cats are arriving after a 6 months wait next weekend, so we are driving down to Manchester to pick them up. Might go down a day early and stay in a hotel. Otherwise we might go up north in the highlands this weekend. And the week after my cats arrive, my friend is coming to visit from Germany. So we got time to relax and time to boogy lol.

Well, I'll let you know tomorrow how I got on.

My last day at work for two weeks, yay!!!! Counting the hours....well my weighin was better then expected, I'm another 1lb off....hooray! Not great, but well, better than nothing. Had one last chocolate muffin to celebrate last night and definetely will be back on track as of today. The next couple of weeks should be good, as I have a lot more time to prepare things.
