Funny thing that, I'm the same way, usually can't wait until Thursday, so I can get weight. Very strange....but I guess it has a lot to do with the group you are in. I look forward to seeing them all and have a chat. When I used to do WW I didn't connect with my group and my leader at all....I think that was one of the main reasons I gave up. Group support is very important.

Well, Saturday night was a blowout for me, having been really good all week I ending up having a chicken mixed kebab, chips and several whisky and coke zeros, am now trying to earn back my syns lol. Feeling good in myself and can't wait to weigh in.

Default SW forum

Hi guys, I used to be a slimming world consultant and am 99% sure that SW won't allow a forum again, this is because they don't want to lose control, the SW plan is very good and I can honestly say it works but SW won't let anyone do anything that they don't agree with, I think that this website is fantastic and you'll all probably best sticking to this.
Little tip for you all, Not having your daily sins doesn't make any difference to your weight loss! if anything it can slow you down !
Something that is well hidden for some strange reason is that if you are 15 and over stone you can eat up to 25 syns a day! close to fifteen up to 20, and closer to 13 then fifteen, I honestly found that this did not make any difference!
Hope this helps?

Thanks, it does help, I'm sticking to around 10 syns a day at the moment, that seems to be a good place for me to be, especially seeing as muller light yoghut is a free food, it has to be the tastiest free food there is hehe.

This forum is great for support, I joined a couple of yahoo slimming world groups but I really don't like the layout of them. Its so good to meet people in a simelar situation.

Hi Cazie, thanks for the good advise. I too stick around 10 syns, and it seems to work for me. Eventho 20 sounds tempting, I'm going to try to stick to my 10.

I have to agree, muller light is the best. dont like the toffe tho, its too sweet. I do love the vanilla one, usually pour it over my strawberries..mmmhhhh as close to custard as it gets.....

Xenical, what is it, how does it work, where do u get it?

Hi, Xenical is a prescription based pill, the doctor prescribes it and I have monthly check ups, it disperses fat basically, if you eat too much fat it throws it out your body, so far I have found it to be good, I have had no side effects as yet (eg: toilet), It just makes you watch what the amount of fat you eat, it's like having a slimming world consultant with you 24 / 7, I am still doing basically the slimming world plan but on my own, my mum lost loads of weight with is last year, I think you have to be over a certain BMI before the doctors will prescribe it, you seem to be similar weight and height to me though, I hope this helps?

Default Hi all

thought I'd drop in to see how everyone is - love all the good vibes and advice on this thread -it's great!

Moonchild - a llb loss is fab - i love the weeks where i lose a llb - at first i thought it was rubbish and I should lose at least 3lbs a week but then after a few llb weeks they became my friend - they really start to add up and it feels more on an even keel - well for me anyway!

Just spent the weekend camping in the Lakes-not too much rain so got out for a few walks but alas ate the same as everyone else - ie bacon butties etc but used frylight lol - lets hope I can pull it all back before weigh in on Wednesday!
