we ended up not going to the ball game we went to the big city "Ball-murrr" lol thats Baltimore in baltimorese and parking was a nightmare... so we went and found the marc train lot and waited in line for a ticket for the rail.... waited and waited and waited an hour... for the trains... each one was packed like sardines.... and i said pete do u realize we are gonna have to wait this long again after the game... and we waited some more... and pete said ya know if i had bought these tickets i would just say 4get it and not go to the game... and i said well i wasnt all that fired up about the game anyways I just wanted us to have some time together... (and the tickets were only $5 thru my work) and we have looked all around bal-murr yeah lets just bag it... lol ,,, there was still a huge line of people waiting to get rail tickets and we gave our rail tickets to a guy at the back of the line "he said are u serious???????? pete said yeah we are just tired of waiting... when we got a stop light in town 2 guys were standing at the corner i said hey u wanna go see the game??? the guy said yeah right... and i gave them the tickets for the game so pete and I had a great day out and about and we made 4 people really happy... cant ask for a better day than that!!!!!

WoooHOOOO Val!!!! you are STILL on fire! Does this mean another charm for your bracelet?

curly~ you been out on your lil yacht yet? And did I miss something? hmmmm who's this man you didn't go to the game with? lol....

Angel~ Still enjoying having just the lil ds alone? I bet he's thriving in all the attention.

OK... So animal experts, Can 2 totally different cats come from the same litter? We have 2 lil stray males here now. One is a grey tabby (like my Oliver), very friendly and social with both Lee and I.... the other is siamese, real skittish. We can't get within 10-15 yards of him without him running. These two act like good buddies, and seem identical in size and age (maybe 6 months?) so I'm thinking they may have been abandoned littermates??? Possible??? The lil gray one was here for a day a few weeks ago, and came back about 3 days ago and hasn't left.... the siamese just shows up once in a while, usually after dark but tonite came to the porch after I left some food for him. but ran anytime I came out the door...
We are gonna get them fixed next time the spay/neuter clinic is in town. LOL Hopefully we can catch the siamese and somewhat tame him before then.

I guess I'm just not meant to have a puppy

anyways.... things are kinda at a standstill here. I'm kinda thinking about what curley said about starting over..... I'm just still not with it... well at least I'm with it enuf to not gain anything.... i guess that's something. thanks Girls... loveya!!!!!!

Yeppers... a litter of kittens can have multiple daddies... looks like momma kitty had a tabby boyfriend and a siamese boyfriend!!! OR momma had some siamese realtives....

lol hmmmm dee l it would take 3 pages to explain this one to ya... a true love story i think.. this guy was my bf from the time i was 19 till i was 34, he lost his mom at a very early age... then in 1994 lost his step-mom suddenly and then nursed his dad thru cancer, till he passed ... after which he called me one day and said "ive decided that if i never care for anyone.. i will never have to hurt like this again... have a nice life .. click"

fast forward 12 years... i come home from work one day( and find a note on my door.. says here is my phone number if would still speak to me give me a call.... I called ... and we have been dating since... awwwwwwwwwwwwww, isnt that the stuff sappy romance movies are made of? anyways who knows what will happen its nice to have my best friend back anyways .. but so odd at first like being with a stranger but they know u inside out... can finnish your sentences etc... its funny cuz we laff at the same goof ball stuff... our glasses are the same exact prescription.. who knows what will happen...

Hi everyone!

I worked an adoption show today. Unfortunatly my two fosters didnt' get adopted. One threw up on the way there and one peed in the carrier on the way back so they're dirty babies now. *yuck*

Someone had a bag of chocolate covered pretzels on the table at the show and I ended up eating a bunch because I was tired and hungry. Not a good combination!

Dee those kitties can definetly be sibblings if they look around the same age. I love siamese. I've always wante one for myself! How old do you think they are. It's hard to tame a wild cat.

I do need 2 more charmes for my braclet. I never did get my 60 pound one!

I hope they're ok Curly! You should definetly be seeing them soon. If they look like siamese you shouldn't have trouble finding them homes.

Hugs Ladies!

OK here are some pics of the new members of the family lol. KC (KittyCat) is the tabby. He's not afraid of anyone and has made himself right at home. Sam is the Siamese-ie looking one. He's very timid but getting bolder. He's coming around every night now, and off and on thru the day too. They are an absolute riot when they're playing. The last one we think is mama... she's (we assume it's a she) definately an adult, and sam stays pretty close to her when she's around. She runs whenever she sees us. I really feel like we need to figure out how to get her spayed too.

Val~ Any thought as to what your two charms might be yet?

Curly~ I hope you see the kittens soon too... and btw Congrats on the rekindling of an old flame. I love the story. it's sooooooooo romantic!

Oh Dee the cats are cute! I love the tabby and the siamese is beautiful. Are you going to get them fixed?

I think my current fosters are part maine coon cat. I sure hope they get adopted soon. There is a lot of competition now. The owner of adopt a pet said she will have 50 kittens once all the little babies get put in foster homes! Thats a lot of kittens!

I just had a protein shake. I just started drinking them again and had a weight loss. I don't know if it was a coincidence but I'm going to keep having them!

Thanks Curly ... I think they're pretty cute too. LOL It sure doesn't take long for them to get into your heart.

Val~ Dusty and Rusty are adorable too! Too bad kittens don't stay looking like kittens, huh? I was trying to come up with cute matching names for these 2 boys and thought I had it when, while watching them play yesterday morning I cam up with Hunter for the siamese~ until the first name that popped into my head to match (for the tabby) was Pecker ROFL!!! We decided to stick with Sam and K.C.
And Absolutely, we will be getting them fixed! Hopefully Sam will come to us by the time the mobile clinic comes back into town. And we're really thinking about calling and getting a couple live traps just in case, cuz we want to have the mama spayed too. She doesn't need any more litters either. I think the humane society out here will help subsidize for strays.

I think when I find something that works again Val, I'll stick with it to!!!! LOL even if it's a voodoo lucky rabbits foot swung over my head 3 times while chanting abara cababra at 7:48 every morning . Hehehe if it works for you, stick with it! Of course your protien shakes make a lot more sense Keep it up GF!!!!!
