Hi everyone!

Curly I got the HUGE water bottle today! Thanks! I love it

I had another high calorie day today. I had to wake up at 7:30 which I'm not use to. I worked both my jobs and went to work out.

Something about being really tired makes me want to eat, eat eat!

Friday, 2017 calories, 670 deficit, 45 minutes curves

Hi PIC's!!!

Well....the taco casserole was a big hit!!! no leftovers for you Curly!! I will post the recipie though, as it was really easy and really good!! I served mine on a bed of lettuce but the boys just ate it like it was.

Where are all the PIC's?? COME OUT COME OUT!!!!where ever you are!!

I timed it right this morning.....up early enough to make stovetop oatmeal (yum yum) and the whisk the boys away to their tae kwon do class, and then it was my turn; they played in the daycare room while I did my bodysculpting class. Afterwards a spin in the grocery store and home by 12:30Pm....WHERE DID THE MORNING GO?

I have to tell you that I (finally) have my renewed motivation back. Its because of my PIC's and dh have stood by me through it all. Last night dh commented on an outfit I was wearing, and then went on for about 5 minutes on how I have ......grown as a person, inspired him to workout, my committment to excercise, the better choices of food that I'm buying, how healthier I am and the family.....etc etc...you get the idea!! well, at the grocery store this morning, I walked the walk and talked the talk....I stocked up (and its been awhile) on so many better foods. The last month has been a little slide for me but NO MORE!!! SO THANKYOU PIC'S!!!

Here it is.....Cliff's taco casserole by JoAnna Lund(serves 4, 4 pts each)

1 pound of ground turkey or beef
2 tsp taco seasonings
1 Cup Hunts tomato sauce
8 oz Can of kidney beans, rinsed( I often substitute ff refried beans)
1.5 Cups chopped fresh tomatoes
1.5 Cups coarsely broken Dorito's WOW nacho chips (I substitute 2 flour tortillias, cut up into 1" squares)
3/4 C ff sour cream
1/2 C chopped onion
1/2 C reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 8x8 inch pan with pam. In a large skillet, brown the beef and onion. Drain the fat. Add tomato sauce, chopped tomatoes, taco seasoning, cut up tortilla's and beans. Stir around abit until heated through. Spread half of skillet stuff on bottom of pan. Spread sour cream over base and layer all of cheese. Top with remaining skillet stuff and bake for 30 minutes.

228 cal,8gr fat, 20g protein,19gr carb,529 mg sodium, 4gr fibre
YUM YUM!! Enjoy.

Angel that recipie looks really yummy. I'm glad you got your motivation back. I've been loosing mine a bit. It's hard having weeks go by without a loss. I would really hate to get to the point that I start gaining

My weekend eating wasn't that good but at least I still had deficits, even though small. I didn't get any exercise in except for walking.

Saturday: 2219 calories, 235 deficit
Sunday: 1910 calories, 531 deficit, 30 minute walk

Weekly deficit - 5738

well... my mom kept saying the little feral simease was just fat from eating so much... i said i dont think so Mom... I went to a baby shower saturday, came home and she was skinny!!! and u could see she had given birth!!

She has them hidden under my house someplace.. she did come to me for her food that evening .. she wasnt very big so i am thinkin its 4 babies at the max.. cuz u really couldnt tell if she was just getting fluffy or she was expecting...well at least i know they will be healthy cuz she was at least well fed all during this time..

one for Val... one for Dee... one for Angel..... One for Zoey...

I guess we will see in a few weeks what colors we have and how many... i dont wanna move them cuz i feel like they are safer where they are right now.. i dont want her to get a bee in her bonnet and move them. the toms that i saw here.. were 1 big garfeild lookin one, a huge tabby, and a pure bred simease..

aaawwwww.....MEOW!!!! How sweet!! I hope the momma cat and kittens are doing well. I would leave them where they are also.....don't want to aggravate a new mom with hormones a'raging!!!

How was everyone's weekend? We were caught up in alot of stuff for the kids and boy did the weekend fly by!!! Only a few more days of school left .....12yo has 3 more days and 8yo has 8 more days!!!! wooowzaaaa I'm not the organized activity CRAZY mom but I do have a few things going on for them over the summer. There are not alot of kids on our street that stay home so I needed a few things to keep them excited. Eldest ds goes away soon.....boohooo......NOT!!! 3 WEEKS AWAY, I've already got him learning how to do his own laundry!!! haha...what? its a good thing to know!!! He'll have to do maybe 1 or 2 loads while he is away. He is VERY EXCITED....I told him yesterday that he will probably take my cell phone with him so we can keep in touch on a regular basis and he was THRILLED!!! He says he's the ONLY (yeah right....) kid he knows without a cell phone. hehe....get used to it, because when he gets home....It'll be mine again!!! (evil laugh... ) Well I'm off to the gym, I've put this off enough just doing odd jobs around the house and now I'M RARING TO GO. ...well, If I say that enough it will happen!! tc

Curly how exciting about the kitties. You should really try to catch them as soon as possible if you want to tame them.

And then there were three!!!......wow...where is everyone??

I just got in from the gym, had an ok workout. I hurt my foot on the treadmill, sharp jagged pain ripping from the ball of my foot upwards....def. not good. So I got off and stretched/massaged it and it felt better....got back on and then it started to hurt all over again. I only did 15 min on the treadmill and then I thought to switch it over to the bike for the remainder of my workout. So....my foot still hurts off and on, so I'll probably take a break for a few days and then see whats what. Been OP, so thats good.

Angel, pardon the intrusion, I'm just a lurker popping in to recommend you be very careful with the injured foot - it could be a tear in the plantar fascia. Try regular icing, STAY OFF THE FOOT, and when you must walk anywhere (even to the bathroom in the middle of the night) wear supportive shoes, no bare feet. I used to be a runner until I neglected a PF injury... For more info, try to search plantar fasciitis here on 3fc, or google it. There are stretches you can be doing. Physio also helps a lot. Good luck, I hope it's nothing more than a twinge. (I actually wrote a post to you about this last night that went Poof! into the internet ether, never to return...)
