I hope all had a wonderful weekend, it sure was beautiful weather out to be able to enjoy it. I had a relaxing weekend packing and cleaning and getting things in order. I can't be on here today, I need to catch up and do actual work considering my last day is Wednesday till I get back in two weeks. CHICKIE, I called you on Sat. did your dad not give you the message. Morning Chickies! Had a great weekend...parents are still here and we've had a BLAST so far. Went to see FLIGHT PLAN with Jodie Foster yesterday....awesome flick!

Morning Chickies! :wave: How are you? I'm ok I guess....for a Tuesday anyway! :dizzy: Not much new here...mom & dad are on their way to MD to meet up w/friends--they'll be back sometime tomorrow. They may have to head home early to FL b/c of hurricane Wilma :( ....dad's afraid if it hits like they say all the roads will be closed leading into their place. I'm trying to convince them to ride it out here. The grands have a shelter they can go to right by their house and also my parents have friends that are watching their house for them so they can take care of all that stuff. We'll see.
This morning I'm heading to Sears to p/u some stuff for my buildings...got the work cc! OH BABY! LMAO! :lol: Anyway...I plan on taking my time on this....gotta travel a little distance so why not? VIVA: :welcome3: back from LV!!!!!! How was it? Did you get to visit H & H tattoos? DETAILS WOMAN! SPILLIE: here's hoping you get everything done you want to before you go! Hey guys. Well, it definitely stinks to be back to work! :lol3: I had a great trip. The weather was so nice there...much better than the :rain: here!
ROCKER: I didn't get to go to The Palms :( That was the ONE thing I wanted to do, but it wasn't on the strip and we would've had to get a taxi or something there because it would've been a far walk...I was so bummed! There was just sooooo much to do and sooooo little time. I definitely want to go back there soon! Where did you stay when you went?? SPILLIE: I hope you get everything done before you go! TWIDDLE: I don't think anyone was betting on the PSU game in Vegas on Saturday since the USC/Notre Dame game was on...talk about people going nuts! Hi BROOK and HAPPY! I'll check in later! |
:welcome: back VIVA, I missed you. It was too quiet while you were gone. TWIDDLE doesn't socialize with us anymore,BROOK has decided never to come back...apparently she is having fun where she is and poor HAPPY is so buried in her work, she can't even say HI anymore.

Sorry I wasn't here yesterday...I was still in my deep depression regarding Saturday. :cry: VIVA - Are you coming over on the 29th? Or is it still up in the air? :?: I know you don't really like SPILLIE, but I think it'd be nice if you made an appearance. :lol: Glad to hear you had a good time in Vego...even if you didn't win enough not to come back. SPILLIE - Just so you know the true sacrifice I'm making for you...I just found out the PSU football game that day starts at 3:30. :( But I'm still coming for you, and we'll be getting drunk regardless. :D I also still need you to let me know what you want, but I'll e-mail you later if you don't pop back in here or e-mail me. BROOK and HAPPY - Just in case you're out there, you are still invited, too. 29th, my house, to help SPILLIE...around 6:00 or so. ROCKER - I know you're planning on coming. Yay! I wish your parents would wait it out here, too. You're definitely a happier camper with them here! Not much going on here. DH's birthday is tomorrow...*sigh* Going to dinner tomorrow night, and getting him one of those big choc chip cookie things with the icing on them. Know what I mean? Wonders never cease...we now have a DVD player/recorder. Our VCR in the living room died, so I ended up getting a combo DVD/VCR player/recorder to replace it. It was on sale, thank goodness. Oh, and we got Comcast DVR on Saturday. So now I think we're completely caught up with technology. At least for the next 5 minutes. Alright, that's it for me, at least for now. Yo Chick-a-dees! :p I'm back from my morning excursion...it's so nice outside that I didn't even feel like coming back, but I did, :kickcan: being the dedicated worker that I am! LMAO! :devil: Good thing I went today--got the last two dehumidifiers they had in the size I needed...best part: THEY WERE ON SALE! :D Bossman will be happy to hear that when he gets back next week!
On the way I made a couple pit stops to get some things I needed at home...hey, it was on the way, so WHY NOT? :s: I get paid mileage too! :p Now at some point this week I have to unpack those bad boys and figure out how to hook them up and where. I'm *hoping* that the males in my dept. will step up and take care of that for me....we'll see. Can't wait til the 29th.....VIVA-BROOK-HAPPY I hope to see you there! You KNOW TWIDDLE's making a sacrifice if she's willing to go get SPILLIE while the PENN STATE game is on! LMFAO! :devil: Ok, guess I better get a move on and *LOOK* like I'm getting some work done! HAH! Gotta stop at the pharmacy at lunch time--got a new med for my migraines....this Imitrex crap no longer works for me. Apparently what I'm trying is so new that the doc had to look it up to make sure it was safe for me to use! I feel *SPECIAL* that he cares! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! |
