First I have to say: WE ARE... ...PENN STATE!!!! Woo hoo! ROCKER - Hope you have a great day off, in spite of the weather. At least you're not at work!! Had a good weekend, especially for the game Saturday night. Went to a friend's wedding yesterday, so luckily I missed the Eagles game. Hope you all had a good weekend, too! |
Good morning...I think it's still morning? Just trying to get some things done here today...like my Walmart shopping list, Kohl's shopping list, etc. LMAO! So much to do before I go.

I had a wonderful relaxing weekend. Spent Saturday shopping with my aunt all day after going to :ebike: and of course we got rained on all day. It was a horrible day to be out, but we were in the stores more than we were out. :D On Sunday slept in till noon and then went shopping again with my DH, then yesterday I had off from work (paid holiday) got up around 10:00 and went shopping again with my mom and my aunt. Wouldn't you consider that a good weekend and to top the whole thing off I lost 4lbs. this week. :woo: I hope you all had a good weekend too. TWIDDLE, you pervert...how was PENN STATE? ;) CHICKIE, how was your weekend with your parents and away from work? VIVA, isn't it fun going shopping? LMAO Anyway...my parents got in late Sat night...Sunday we just chilled and yesterday mom and I went shopping and then dad met us for lunch at Ruby Tuesdays. I was feeling pretty bad Sunday and Monday so we didn't do much else. Am feeling a lot better today and my headaches gone so that's good. I barely even ate anything yesterday b/c I couldn't keep it down. It wasn't as bad as I had thought about me gaining back some weight. Mom and I actually had a very nice conversation about it--I told her exactly how I was feeling and I think she understood. There was no arguing or anything this time. I work today and tomorrow then I'm off til Monday. Mom and I are getting our hair done on Thurs and I can't wait--need my roots done badly! Not sure what we'll do the rest of the time. I can't take anymore time off so I think next week is when they'll go do some visiting while I'm working. I'm really enjoying their visit! Gotta go...lots to catch up on. TTYL! |

Ended up getting home super late last night, so nothing got done that I wanted to do. DH is working late tonight, so I should be able to get some stuff done while he's away. ;) Oh, I just got approval to work from the Philly office on Fridays. WOO HOO!!!! Morning Chickies! :wave: Was able to leave by 7pm last night b/c my appt. came early! WOOHOO! Got home and had a nice dinner with my parents. Dad made homemade pizza and a nice big salad to go with it. IT WAS YUMMY! :yes: Not much else is new...am sooooo :tired: :tired: :tired: this morning! Had a raelly hard time getting up too...first time in 5 days I've had to get up at my regular time! Anyway, stopped at DD to get some :coffee2: and one of our Commissioners was in line next to me....so of course I had to do some shmoozing! LMAO! :lol: ....and we all know that can't hurt! First of all:
HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY VIVA.... :( Please forgive me, but yesterday after I got here and was on my merry day to what I thought a good day turned out to be a bad day. Our gas at home was turned off due to a gas leak and I had to leave here immediately to go tend to that. You know I don't have connection at home for the internet so I was not able to get on the computer after I left here at 9:00. |

I hope all are doing well. I am doing better but still with no gas at home because even though the gas leak was PGW's lines and not actually in our home, they forgot to turn the gas back on in our home and when we called they said they didn't have time and would schedule us for either today or tomorrow. Yet they admit that they should have turned it back on immediately fixing the problem. I was in at PGW yesterday from 1:30 to 4:15 fighting with them to no solution. I have to wait no matter what because they said so. What bothers me the most is that they just hiked prices up 19% and they can still get away with treating people like chit. VIVA, again I'm sorry about not saying HB yesterday, but I will make it up to you. I haven't read what was going on yesterday yet, but as soon as I do I will be back, my desk looks like a tornado hit it. HAVE A GREAT AND BLESSED DAY!! :dance: BRB. |
