Hi Gals. Well today I weigh 250.4 Woo Hooyesterday I weighed 252.8 and the lowest I have been in the last 6 years was 251.4. This is my new low. Tymaboy I am glad your motorcycle pants still fit, how warm out was it. Talking about mototcycle pants I wish I would have had mine on yesterday ,I wore my chaps and my woo hoo got cold, the pants would have kept out some of the cold. Well I hope all of you have a chance to get your bikes out and go for a ride soon.

Aaron, CONGRATS!! and sorry about your woohoo getting cold

My insurance check hasn't arrived yet. The guy told me last Saturday, that it would be mailed out on Monday. And this is Thursday. Did he forget the stamp maybe? Did he mail it from some other country, maybe?

Aaron, I'm not sure what the temp was, probably not to far off from your area. I rode the bike to work today. Parked in the ramp & some guy had to talk to me all the way into the building. The group I work with all had to ask you ride? You rode your bike today? No I like carrying my helmet around with me. Found out the 1 has a bike too. I might go riding with him on Saturday my neighbor who I ride with will be out of town. Looks Saturday is the only dry day to ride for a few days. I'm deciding if I'm going to ride to work tomorrow- high of 51. I am in such a better mood now that I have been on my bike.

Good afternoon all.

Went for a ride yesterday with a friend from work. He is having knee surgery so will not be able to ride for a while so he wanted to get a ride in before that. We left around 9 in the morning. I don't know what the temp was but it was cold. There was frost on the cars & we could see peoples breath as we drove by them. We stopped for breakfast & sat a while to warm up before heading to Pikes Peak park. It was different seeing snow along the road side as we rode up there. Our ride back was much warmer. We put on over a 100 miles. My bike is getting more then 60 a gallon. I had put new plugs in on Friday & wow I didn't think I would notice that much of a difference with new plugs.

Wow Dawn you are hardcore!! Glad you got a nice ride. We are getting more snow today I know its only March and we even get snow in April but I am so tired of it.

Hi to everyone else

Well another morning where I am not motivated to exercise because of my knee...this is not good. Maybe when I have the 2 1/2 weeks off in April, it will get a rest and be all better.

Hope everyone has a good day

Hi Gals. Well I am still at 250 +or- 1 lb I hope to lose 5 lbs by the end of the month. I hope that the scale moves faster in the next 2 weeks. My ww points were set at 53 per day and I am going to drop down to 45 to get the scale to move. Our winter is back for the week and it is colder than the last few weeks so no riding for me.

good morning chicks and Aaron We did not get as much snow as we feared yesterday, maybe 3 or 4" but bleh just the same. It was super slippery when it first started, and a car went out of control, hit a tree and ended upside down right outside our work! the young people inside were OK but understandably very shaken up.

I .... am ... so ... tired ... of idiot customers. I was in the middle of a transaction with a local lady, with a large sale (over $100, that's alot for an an average approx $11 transaction) and a jerky guy walks over to the deli (which the boss has just put the CLOSED sign up and he left for the day) So the guy stops abruptly, and announces to no one "Deli closed? What? Why? Why is it closed?!" I just continued with my transaction with the lady. He comes over and just interrupts, "Why is the deli closed?"

I looked up, and gave him a nice cold stare and he says, "oh, go on with what you're doing, finish with her". Oh, thank you very much, I will

So I finish with the lady, and he just goes on , "why is it closed? it's never closed at this time of day! It's open til 6!" and the lady bless her heart says, "No, the STORE is open til 6, the deli closes alot sooner"

and I calmly say, 'the boss decides when to close it, when he leaves for the day" AND I was going to offer to make him something? because there wasn't anyone else around...BUT he starts to walk out...and says in this idiotic, overly dramatic way - "I shall STARVE tonight because of this. I shall STARVE! and it will poorly affect my skiing tomorrow!"

I looked right at him, and said, 'Ah, don't put that on me, that's your deal" I've never spoken so to a customer, but couldn't resist.

Okay rant over

Hi Gals. Reda it must be hard to lose someone so young and close to your family, I hope you and your family are ok. My boys have a few friends that are real close to us and one of the guys just walks in to our house and never knocks, even when my boys are gone just like home. Holly don't beat your self up over one a$$ ho1@. Soon you will find a new bike and be able to go for a long ride and relax. Well today I am down to 449.6: Yep this is a new low. I get to change my ticker. I hope the scale keeps moving. I still think I need to go lots lower than I planed at the start, I am thinking about 200 lbs. Five more pounds before I reach my mini goal of 245 by april 1.

YAY Aaron!!!!! but please change your weight numbers, you were so happy your fingers mis-typed and put a 4 instead of a 2 and thank you, I know I'll feel so very much better when I am a bike owner again!!!!

I just looked at my journal from last year. On March 10th and 11th I had my bike out and rode!! a few weeks later, April 2 and 3rd, it was 80 degrees! then a few weeks later, on April 27th and 28th, we got a foot of snow!

yeah to getting your tracker to move, Aaron

I'm feeling kind of low, it just is NOT fun bike shopping with a stinky little budget of $6000.
