Good Morning! Wow, it is getting colder and colder every morning...I don't like it. It seems as though there are only a few of us left on this board....I wonder what has happenned to the others??? Anyways, I am down to 158-YAY! I was quite surprised b/c I had some m&m's yesterday, but I burned lots of calories, so it all worked out. My holiday goal is 155. On another note, I had another doctors appointment this week, and they had all of my test results back from Cleveland Clinic. It seem as though I have a degenerative disorder in my spine. I have spurs along my spine that are causing most of my pain. I also have severe nerve damage in the stem of my brain/neck which is causing my hand/arm issues. Anyways, my neurologist has referred me to pain management, and my dad is looking into laser surgery in Tampa Florida. I am just doing my best to function day to day. I appreciate you all listening to my drama:-)

Cold and sunny around here. I'm a little better but still not up to snuff. Hopefully tomorrow when we get a fresh new month I'll also feel like a fresh new me, too.

Hey Ladies!! I know i haven't been around much but have been reading the posts off and on. Well i was able to finally break my plateau, but did it in a very nasty way, don't recommend it at all. Got a NASTY stomach bug that put me in the bed for 2 days and unable to eat for about 4 or 5, my appetite is still not right and i still get nauseous off and on, very bizarre but definitely has helped the plateau! I am down to 225 and holding there for right now. I know starvation is never a good weight loss plan but i have honestly had a hard time putting a lot in. I am trying to be conscious that what i do eat is healthy and keeping up with my vitamins to hopefully make up the difference. The big challenge now is to increase quantity a little and bring on the exercise to match.
Hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season and not letting the hecticness of it get the better of you! Will try to pop in again sooner the next time! Erin

Angela - Hope you can figure out whatever is wrong! My thoughts are with you.

Good Morning and HO HO HO (since it is December).
We are scheduled for six inches of the 'fluffy white stuff' today. Just when I'm feeling better and though I might like a little shopping trip -- never a good idea to be on the roads during the first major storm of the season; so guess I'll put that idea aside until at least tomorrow.

We had a little lull today -- we are between blizzards --  -- so I spent most of the day out and about doing groceries and catching up on a few other errands.

Weigh in today. Lost a pound! I am soooooo close to the 170s! Can't wait to get there.
I have been very good about not stress eating. Having trouble with my current real estate deal, and in the past it would have driven me face first into chicken wings or donuts. DH commented on how I haven't eaten out of stress LOL!
