Okay gang . . . Good Morning . . . Sorry I was missing yesterday.
Bumped into a couple of old friends at the doctor's office (of all places) and they kidnapped me and tied me up and force fed me both lunch and dinner before releasing me again . . . I stopped counting when I got to 2500 calories. Definitely climbing back on the wagon today.
BTW . . . toilet seat disease = "going up and down" like a toilet seat in a house full of brothers and sisters and only one bathroom.
Hope everybody has a great moving and shaking kind of day planned. See you all later . . .

Well girls....I get to change my ticker today!!! Yay! Down another pound for the week. I going out with my girlfriend for lunch today. She's doing Jenny Craig and I'm motivated to lose for HK, so don't worry...we'll be good!
Have an awesome day and weekend!!

I tried the Core Rhythms workout yesterday. Holy Crow is that hard!! Fun, though. I did pretty well until the 3rd segment, and the moves were a bit complicated for me right now. They do have a help section on the dvds which goes over the moves slowly - so I need to practice that.
I can only imagine what I looked like
But, it's a nice change of pace with workouts.

Hi all - busy, busy, busy here. Closed on one of my investment properties today - finally! Now on to the next.
Stayed on plan over the weekend, so that was good. Feeling pretty bloaty today, though.

Morning everybody . . .
It's a cool one in northern Nova Scotia -- 10C/50F is the predicted high. Just hope the sun decides to stay with us. It definitely helps.
Nothing more exciting than laundry in my plans . . . how about you?

We have gorgeous weather here in upstate NY. Sunny and 60 degrees. A picture perfect fall day.
No weight loss this week. Not even an ounce! I am not surprised, as I feel like I am retaining a lot of water. I know it isn't related to food, so I am not stressed about it (yet ).

Hey everyone...sorry I've been MIA for a few days. I've had my parents staying with me for a few days (dad had to work in the city). Gosh, it has been hard going trying to keep on project when you got so many temptations and "easy way outs". I haven't lost (yet) either this week Lori. I don't know why, but I feel the same as you...really heavy for some reason. I don't know what's up with that but I have been keeping up with my workouts at Curves (haven't missed one) lets hope that counts for something!
TTFN!

Another cool day here -- but we do have sun -- it's absolutely gorgeous out there. Hope it lasts for a few days.
Nothing too exciting for me today -- it's my shop 'til you drop day with my buddy LouLou so that will be the majority of my exercise for the day. I'm not as organized as some of you about the exercise, but I have been doing something . . . usually spending time with Gadzella . . . so far every day this month. Majority of my eating has been right OP, too. Have been tempted to drag the scale out to see what he has to say -- but, a promise is a promise and he is staying in the corner until the 31st.
Have a great day, gang . . . keep things moving and shaking . . .
