Happy weekend everyone!
It's Wildcard weekend in the NFL. Too bad my team isn't in the playoffs.....


Going to work hard to stick with my plan for the weekend. The first one of the New Year, and I wan't to start off focused!

Hi there everybody . . . wherever you are.

Stay strong LORI . . . the first few days of the New Year can be so important to getting and staying on track . . . you can do it, Chickie.

I seem to have found lots of stuff to keep me busy around the house and that's helping me get my act together. Yesterday was pretty good (although a little too high in the starchy things) and today is going really great. Helpts that the sun is shining and the temperature is almost up to the freezing mark. Additionally the Khat Khids seem to have finally forgiven me for deserting them.

Well, guess I'd better get back to it . . . have a great day of moving and shaking your way to better health and fitness . . .

Hi everyone!

I had a great Saturday staying on plan! Hopefully I can do the same today. Already got some exercise in (went for a walk). We have a warm spell coming up.

Did a little consignment store shopping yesterday, got myself a new winter coat - size Medium!! I was shocked when I was able to get that zipped up! Also got a sharp leather coat - both of these were only $50 total! I so love consignment shops!

i got through the weekend on plan! So excited! I am going to the inlaws for a week starting on the 18th, so I am trying to be super good before then. I don't know what will happen during my trip

Hi everyone! Hope you are all doing well. Temps are in the upper 60s today! Wow! It's nice to exercise and not spend half of that time just trying to get warm LOL!

Hello! I am here-LOL! These weeks are just flying by. My weight has plateaued at 158....which I guess is okay for now. I'm planning on giving myself a big kick soon to get back on track. I've pretty much been eating off plan...which is bad. I'm shocked that I haven't gained. It seems like you are still doing well. We need to do something to spark things up around here...any ideas? How about a Valentines Day Challenge or something? I need some MOTIVATION!!! I'm getting too comfortable again. Let me know your thoughts. Chat soon.

Hi Angela! Challenges are always good. We could start a new thread also and see how many people join. We could go from Monday the 14th through VDay. How does that sound.

We can kind of do the points challenge like we do on the 100+ board. You get one point per day for getting in enough water, one for exercise and 2 for following your food plan.
We could do something like 1 point for each, just to be different LOL!

Hello. YES...I need a challenge. I like your idea Lori...let's do it! I'm officially "back on the wagon!" I have been eating so badly....and I don't know why. I think I was getting too comfortable, plus everyone around me was telling me to stop losing weight. I think I let them get inside my head. So Lori tell me what to do, and I'll do it! I'm excited. 30 Day Valentine's Challenge
Okay, the easiest way to keep track of this is to edit the same post over and over. That way you can find your total.
You can earn 3 points each day.
You get 1 point for sticking to your food plan for the day.
You get 1 point for drinking whatever your amount of water is per day
You get 1 point for your exercise for the day.
