It can be a bike ride, swimming, a walk in the mall, weight training, a walk in the park, 1 hour on the tredmill...you get the point. Anything that gets us up and moving.
Last week's *formal* exercise total time.....4 hours and 3 mins. (aerobics & wt. interval training)
Sunday: 52 mins. of aerobics, and wts......(like the Firm tapes and my urban rebounder using Urbano Latin music mix from cable...) also, stomping around my office....
Today, I walked about 4 miles in a about an hour and 15 minutes. My total time for the week is 7hrs more or less, i take a long walk a everyday but friday, not counting any yoga or pilates i may do after my walk.

46 minutes this morning! Today I was a 'Firm Believer" and lifted dumbbells with the company of ZZ Topp and The Clash.....(I'm dating myself here--but it's Classic Rock)
Hit the pavement at 7 a.m...walked 101 minutes .a little over 3 miles with hubby by my sde.
We walk past a Lake and saw Geese and their babies.Ducks.one has 9 ducklings.....turtles poking their noses out for air.what a glorius sight! I also enjoy looking at peoples yards and flowers!
I am finding the new pedometer WW sells so accurate and cannot beleive I have logged in a journal.my steps,miles and time for 26 days now! The newness of the accurate pedometer has yet to wear off! It is a fun toy!
I leave it on after recording and record the miles and steps!
