Hello to everyone!
Im up early this morning to get the kids on the bus. Can't believe there already starting a new school year...its quiet around the house. I miss them though

its so hard to let go, even if its just a little. DD wants to start going over to a neighbors house to play and I'm having mixed feelings about it. The parents seem nice and decent but im very protective over my kids...sigh, im sure i will always have mixed feelings when it comes to my kids
I ended my day yesterday at 1350, pretty good. Today its back to 1500 because im getting in a good old sweaty workout. Not sure what yet but it will be weights first then some cardio.

JD-Congrats again on your new job! As far as snack idea's...how about peanut butter sandwiches/crackers? I will normally have one a day around 3pm for my snack. Fiber one's are good too, you could do a protein bar too.
Anexia-Keeping my fingers crossed that the scale is kind to you this week. Its frustrating when it gets stuck.
