Ive heard of making a low cal cake out of a boxed cake mix and a can of diet coke! I tried it tonight making cupcakes so I could make sure an portion control and they turned out really good! they are really moist they are much softer then normal cake making it harder to frost but I put one tablspoon of whipped chocolate frosting (45 cals) on it and for a whole cupcake it was 170 cals of delishness and hit that pms spot perfectly! LOL
I used a pillsbury sugar free devils food cake with a can of diet coke for tonight and put a tablespoon of whipped chocolate frosting on the top- does any one else have any good combos? I was thinking of trying diet root beer with spice cake!
