    I had 1400 calories today, pretty good considering the last two bad eating days. I ate lots of fruit today, so my calories were a little higher from that. I gained 4 lbs. from Sat. and Sunday's overeating and hopefully that's it now. Time to lose!

  • Jiggle U are so cute & get cuter daily so I am so excited with each new size u reach ~a size 8 was dreamy to me when I started but when I got there I Knew I could do more~But a size 2 is a shocker~and Can u believe I still have a tummy roll~DARN APPLE SHAPE LOL!     (I pay $1 a pair for them at the family dollar stores & general Dollar stores~That is so cheap they are comfy!) anyways We are styling LOL

    Off to bed Hate to skip others but I gotta go check my facebook & then go to bed. I am super tired it's after midnight & At 34 Thats tolate forme to be up LOL!~It makes me crabby if I do not get my sleep right! ~hehehe!

    Im up early this morning to get the kids on the bus. Can't believe there already starting a new school year...its quiet around the house. I miss them though its so hard to let go, even if its just a little. DD wants to start going over to a neighbors house to play and I'm having mixed feelings about it. The parents seem nice and decent but im very protective over my kids...sigh, im sure i will always have mixed feelings when it comes to my kids

    I ended my day yesterday at 1350, pretty good. Today its back to 1500 because im getting in a good old sweaty workout. Not sure what yet but it will be weights first then some cardio.

    Lori-Heard you are a skinny minny size 2 now...you never cease to amaze me girl. WTG

    JD-Congrats again on your new job! As far as snack idea's...how about peanut butter sandwiches/crackers? I will normally have one a day around 3pm for my snack. Fiber one's are good too, you could do a protein bar too.

    Anexia-Keeping my fingers crossed that the scale is kind to you this week. Its frustrating when it gets stuck.

  • Hi Guys! Looks like everyone is still working hard! Keep it up.

    I have a challenging day today. First I have to take my kids for their yearly well checks, then will be dropping them off at my mom's. After that, I have to go to a meeting at someone's house to discuss upcoming school stuff. We are all supposed to bring a dish for lunch.. So, I have no idea what there will be to eat and I hate that I don't have control of the food there other than what I bring. It's usually a bunch of junk. I am planning on eating eggs for breakfast b/c I know that will keep me full. Not sure how I am going to handle this. Maybe I'll just take a little and drink lots of water???? YIKES! This is the first time in 3 weeks that I will be in a situation where I haven't prepared the food. Wish me luck. Then tonight I have a PTA meeting and there will be goodies there as well. The PTA meeting won't be as hard. I will just grab a pop and chew some gum.


    Lori--Sounds to me like your daughter might have a specific learning disability. Since her reading is decent, the disability area would be in math. If I were you, you might want to ask the school if they can put her on a 504 accommodation plan. This is what some students receive if they do not qualify for an IEP. I am surprised that they did not give you this option since you said she passed only by 2 points. The 504 would give her classroom accommodations like extra test time, a reader ( but sounds like she won't need that), use of a formula sheet/calculator, and extended time on classwork/tests. Did she already pass all sections of her 10th grade OGT? If not, and she still has sections to retake, the 504 accommodations could be used for that test as well.

    This morning I was 122.2 so it seems I droped a few lbs, but the bf and I had a few drinks last night so I don't know if it's dehydration that's getting me this number because I was way over my calories yesterday with the alcohol, as far as food no I was just perfect with my calories. Still doing MFP and I know as long as I keep track I won't gain any more. I have a short time on here, I have an early shift today. This is my last week at my old job and I'm trying to leave on a good note....my managers all were so happy for me and supported me 100% on my new job, so it makes it hard to say good-bye. I told them to keep me on floorsets, which is about once a month and maybe i might pickup a few shifts during the holidays for extra money.

    KDM: holly S**T! You look amazing! your hubby was right you are skinny and hot...seriously you look like a different person...I'm so proud of you!


    misspriss: thanks for the tips, those sound good to keep in my purse. Now i can't believe I'm saying this but....I miss school ...lol I worked so hard to get out and couldn't wait it's all I wanted but hearing all the kids go back and all the school supplies....i miss it! lol I have issues! hehe...sorry it's quiet in the house but on a positive note you have some much needed you time now Oh and the fact that your are that protective over your kids is the best thing ever....you are a great mom for caring who your kids hang out with!

  • Good Morning! I had a very good and busy day monday. Went for breakfast with a friend, then left there and went straight to the pool and I spent at least 3 hrs in the pool did a 10 oclock class and my reg/class at 12 so double workout. Then I went home, try to rest but didnt lol and then I had to go to TOPS which I couldnt believe my eyes I lost 8 lbs in a week. I'm still in shock. So I went to bed early last night for the first time in a long time. I'm pretty sore today so I'm staying home today get bk to the gym tomorrow I hope. I hope e1 has a good day. Labor Day challenge completed now on my way to lose some more. carrot for each 5lbs started challenge at 264 to lose 10lbs now i'm 254 yea s:
  • Hello everyone. I've been traveling non stop for about two and a half weeks with little to no internet or phone access. So I wanted to stop by and check in. I'm down to 270 right now. Not bad, but not great either. I'm ready to return home to Korea where I know I lose weight better than I am doing in the states. Only 10 days to go and counting!

    Hope everyone else is doing great!
