Well, I weighed in at 170.0 this morning...5lbs below where I started this challenge due to some over eating in June/July...but I was down to 167.2 at one point right after TOM a few wks ago...so not sure if 170 is water weight or what, but I've been exercising AND eating OK this past week...if it's water weight, then it'll be gone soon!

If not, then I'll lose it for the next challenge!!
