1 mile last night (not feeling well enough for the morning 2 mile run--will resume on Thursday--will also continue nightly 1 mile power walk and DH even suggested we reverse it so there is more uphill!)

Didn't make it out yesterday (slept all day, errr), but finally made it out to Central Park to soak up the last of the warm weather. 4 miles.

Just 2 on the TM today. I so should have gone outside. All of the 2 felt like blah...even though I do have a really nice TM.
Fluffy, I'm so happy you're enjoying this adventure.
Laura, Hope your leg feels better. As for the Ben Gay smell? I think it stays FOREVER!!

I've been sick for the past couple of days, but today I finally got back on track.

2.5 more miles today.

I had an interesting run tonight. Was on the couch, really wanting some Tasti D Lite, but also knowing I need to work out. So - I combined them! Ran to the Tasti D Lite (little under 3/4 mile away), got a small to-go container, then ran home and enjoyed. Net loss of 70 calories Perfect.

Just a 1/2 mile today, taking it easy in the walking department since I got my butt handed to me yesterday and today at weight training and I know tomorrow's lower body class is going to be killer!
