I haven't run today, but I can't WAIT to get home and get on my treadmill!
It's seriously such a nice treadmill...I never thought I'd own one as nice as this, and have so much fun with it! I am so happy that I actually CRAVE it, that is huge progress for me!

I'll update tonight when I finish my run.
I'll try to increase my distance today. I WILL make my 35 miles this month!! Just don't want to do too much, to fast, KWIM?

The Cardio Wave looks really cool, and somehow it reminds me of skiing? I wish my gym had one! Anyone know if they're really gaining in popularity? Their timeline seems a bit marketing-oriented rather than truthful

I got 3 miles in this morning. It was beautiful today. The clouds in the sky looked like pink cotton candy as the sun rose. Luckily, cotton candy is no temptation for me.

I got in two miles this morning. Actually more because I was trying to find the home of a lost dog that started following me. But I don't know how much so we'll just stick with two, that I know for sure.

Seanstealer,
they seem to have a contract with the Y. as for popularity? well I can tell you I chose it because of the 4 at my y there is always one open at this time of resolutions.
It is like skiing or skating motions and has a range of resitance , you can set distance, calories or time. AND it does seem to fulfil what they say on the website....I hope others can chime in too.

My leg still hurts a lot, but I walked in place pretty briskly for 15 minutes while watching The Biggest Loser, which I'd guess is about a mile. That's the pace I normally walk at, so I'll go with it. I just want to get back to some running! I used Ben Gay on it last night and it seemed to help, so I'm hoping tonight's treatment of the same will clear it up once and for all. Now, if only I could get the smell of Ben Gay out of my bedroom...
