I did 0.8 miles on the elliptical today. I know that sounds really pathetic, but that was my cooldown after a lot of weights/rowing/bike. Today was an arms day for me so I didn't want to do too much on the elliptical/bike; I concentrated on weights/rowing.

Just realized that even if I don't do any mileage other than my half-marathon later this month, I'm going to hit goal! Yippee!
