lovnmom-lol, I am glad I am not the only one who talks back to my TM!! I wasn't sure what to set my goal at as January was the first month I really got into my running again, so I went a little low. Also, I am really trying to push it as I am going on a cruise next week - I am so glad I am going to make my goal weight by then!
2.5 on the treadmill after work...was going to do more but the kidnapper son in law stopped by in his shirt and tie (that Angie made me buy him for Christmas)....says he was in the neighborhood....I think he just wanted a beer

Hey all, I know I'm late in getting started here but I'd like to join your challenge... I personally keep track of my milage as I am constantly running races and try to up the milage. I started out with 5K's and I am running my first 10K in 32 days... January to date 78 miles and counting...
