3.3 miles last night.....22.6/40. I took some advice to slow down the pace, and instead of 2x2 (run x walk) @6.2 i slowed it to 5.7 and hit 3x2!!! i was so excited i can't remember the last time i was able to jog for 3 mins repeatedly. So thank for the advice and the support fellow chicks. As for my goal...i'm only calculating miles logged on the treadmill for this, and keeping my own tally for crosstraining days. It's nice to see everyone's numbers getting higher and higher...keep at it!
