  • I've been sick for the past couple of days, but today I finally got back on track.

  • I had an interesting run tonight. Was on the couch, really wanting some Tasti D Lite, but also knowing I need to work out. So - I combined them! Ran to the Tasti D Lite (little under 3/4 mile away), got a small to-go container, then ran home and enjoyed. Net loss of 70 calories Perfect.

    Scenestealer...I did that a lot this summer..not sure what TastiDLite is but I would run for soft serve.
  • Just a 1/2 mile today, taking it easy in the walking department since I got my butt handed to me yesterday and today at weight training and I know tomorrow's lower body class is going to be killer!
