I was so upset that the Red Team went to a tie that I had to go work out my frustration on the treadmill! Amy should've gone home. Doesn't matter, I'm rootin' BLACK all the way baby!!

I ended up getting 1 mile in in 13 minutes That's the fastest I have done a mile since high school which is sad cause I used to get shin splints in high school running a mile (hate to admit that I couldn't even run a mile in high school and it was a struggle in Jr. High as well). Baby Steps! My goal is to be able to get to 10 minute mile by Christmas.

In HS I played softball, but still had trouble running a mile.

Hey everyone! Well TOM has been visiting for the past two weeks. I am so sorry I have not been around. Not only did I gain weight but I even passed what I used to weigh when I first started. *sigh* Migranes are killing me and I just want to hide in the dark and cant hit the gym. But I will be around even more. TOM seems to finally be going away so I am off to the gym tonite. I will post my minutes.

I hope everyone else is doing a lot better.

I played volleyball and softball up till 9th grade. Hated the coach (she coached both sports) so I quit. I always had problems with running - bad ankles - sprained both ankles in Jr High so bad that I had to have ultrasound therapy done... My ankles haven't been giving me much trouble for the last couple of years so I am hoping I can get into better shape than I was back then!

Glad to hear you are starting to feel better and are able to get to the gym! I am still suffering from this sinus infection - still running a fever and getting tired of it. I have no energy. I worked out one day this week and am not happy that I haven't been able to work out more.

I got fustrated last night because I was going to go home from work and workout to one of the videos on my cable's On-Demand but it was off the air and I couldn't get any to play so I didn't get to workout. I don't have a dvd or vcr so I couldn't play one of mine. So I just did some cleaning around the house. I have done pretty good today so far with my eating. I had a bowl of cereal for breakfast with very little milk. Then a co-worker and I went out for lunch and I got the mac and cheese special which came with a salad and fries. I ate the fries and half of the mac and cheese. I brought the other half home along with the salad for dinner. Where as normally I would have ate all that then probally desert! So I did good!!! I am so proud of myself! Hopefully I can keep it up!! Hope everyone is having a good Thursday!!
