Hi everyone! Sorry about being MIA, homework is still keeping me busy, busy, busy.
COngrats to those that posted losses! Yay! I weigh in tomorrow, and we shall see what the scale has in store for me...I think I'm PMSing. But I was down to 227 this morning...hopefully it stays down.
Off to see Saw IV in a bit, stay warm everyone..it's getting cold here!

Amy - good luck with the move. I HATE moving!!!! We've been in this house for 18 years and I can't imagine having to move again - LOL
Moving doesn't really bother me because I dont have to pack. The moving company will get here early in the morning and will be done by noon. If I had to move myself, I wouldn't be moving!! I will no when we are moving tomorrow. Is anyone around the Ft. Bragg area???
I want to apologize for being M.I.A. the last couple of days. We have been busy moving!! We are finally in and all set up though. So, I should be back to my "normal routine"! YAY!

I just edited my weight since it's my WI day....I'm down 4.5lbs this week! I'm SHOCKED, because I had a major slip up yesterday while I was at the movies. I'm into the 220's though...yay!
I have been doing baaaaad baaaad baaaaad. *Sigh* Now that me and my boyfriend are now working we should have enough for gas money and I will be hitting the gym and walking more with my friend. But OMG I have been eating everything in sight. Especially this weekend at my sisters house. This weigh in I am taking a freebie. Because I weight myself and lets just say I might as well let myself go because I will be right where I started before I started dieting.
I need motivation again .... but I think the scale was good motivation!

Now seems to be a dangerous time in the challenge (several weeks in) when sometimes you hit the skids or have a bad week. Don't let it let you melt down! Just say to yourself, for these next few minutes - I am in control of my life and then go about making it better.

Keep going Black team - there's still several weeks left. I like your suggestion Julz about showing the other teams how it's done. Let's get Black back on Track
Great job on the challenge this week, ladies!!! I know it's not a "real" competition, but we smoked the Blue & Red teams with our % this week. I know that that isn't what matters, but it feels good, doesn't it?
The really cool thing is that with every week that passes, we are all losing more and more weight. We are becoming more and more healthy - and by the end of this challenge, just think of how far you and I and all of us will have come! THAT is what is truly awesome! I'm proud of each and every one of you for how hard you're all working at it. We're just a little over half-way through the challenge - challenge yourself to step it up a notch and sprint for the goal!
P.S. If you haven't done it yet, go read the post by Hun.E.Bee called "I'm THANKFUL I lost the weight goal". She's setting up a mini-goal challenge for Thanksgiving for all the teams.
Hey girls, I am back and ready to work out and lose the weight that I have not lost the last two weeks. My illness is finally gone after 2.5 weeks. The medicine did wonders thankfully, wish I would've called sooner, but I don't think they would have prescribed it had I called any sooner. Unfortunately I gained 1 pound from 2 weeks ago (used the week inbetween as a freebie), thankfully it was only one pound and that was with only 30 minutes of exercise on 1 day!! I am getting back into it all "gung ho"! Started counting my calories again and last night I worked out: 45 minutes Wii Tennis, 15 minutes Wii Bowling, 30 minutes Treadmill, 30 minutes Wii Tennis. I am a little sore...
