The corn bread and cookies I could pass on, the chips and dip.. well they are definately a weakness for me. I have to stay away from them all together. Your doing great. I think bringing your own healthy stuff was a VERY wise idea.

Black Team!

Today was weigh-in day for me, and I am so excited to report a 2 pound loss!!!! I have had the laziest 2 weeks of the past 2 months yet I still lost. We have been keeping busy with moving, so it's not like I've sat on my bum all day. Today was supposed to also be measurement day for me, but I packed the tape measure. So, I'll have to wait til we get there to measure myself (so, it'll be tomorrow or Sunday). Hubby and I were moving a load of stuff last night to the new place, afterwards, we talked about going to McAlister's Deli to get sandwiches. But, I thought and thought and thought about it, I knew today was weigh-in, so I told hubby we should just go on home and not eat (it was 8:00 when we were thinking about going to eat). I'm so proud that I did that. The whole way home I thought about food.... But, seeing the scale down to 206 this morning made it worth it to me. According to my mycycle.com calendar, TOM is to be here in 1 week, meaning that the bloat will be at its worse on Halloween (when I'm supposed to weigh-in for my Halloween Goal...). So, I may have to put off weighing in for that until after TOM gets here. I seem to remember he was here around Labor Day too, so I had to put off weighing in for my Labor Day goal too.... grrrrrrrrrr

I'm loving the BINGO challenge that Happy2BMe has set up. If you haven't yet joined in, pop on over to that thread, print out a blank BINGO card (I posted a post in that thread with an attachment with the Blank BINGO card on it) and join in the fun. The more the merrier!!!!

Baileysmomma - at your 50 pound loss!!!! That is AMAZING!!! You're truckin' right along girly and you'll be at your goal before you know it! Keep it up!!!! Looks like you're on your way to a TERRIFIC weigh-in this week. I'm hoping we can blow both the Red & Blue teams out of the water!

Andi - I hope your meds are kickin' in! Being sick SUCKS! Here's some for today at work.

Amberelise - THAT is an AWESOME costume... did you make it all yourself?????? I don't see the "extra weight" that you need to lose either. But, as long as you will feel better about yourself for feeling fit...that's all that matters! Have fun with your par-tay!

RealityMom - no worries about missing weigh-in this week. That's what the Freebies are there for. And, don't stress about updating the post until this coming weigh-in (for week 7). Just put "FREEBIE WEEK" for week 6. Anything you lost between weeks 5 & 7 will all show up on Week 7s weigh-in. I've had a really rough past 2 weeks. I've been absolutely un-motivated and I think I'm going into "hibernation" mode...wanting to store food and fat in my body for winter...lol. I've had a really hard time stickin' with things... we've all been there.

Cassie - I'm with Baileysmomma... pass that obsession around a bit...lol

NicoyaAngel, Amy0505, HeatherMC, ValentineBride, DixieDieter, SouthernSweetheart, Jen, GeorgiePorgie, HRBabe, Fooled, Puncezilla, OneFluffyChick, 10Again, BDandy3, AngieLynn, MadamePJ, .. where are you ladies? How are you doing?? Everything okay?

Again, if you haven't jumped on the B-I-N-G-O train, go for it! It's FUN!!!!

Julz, congrats on the 2 lb loss!

I love the BINGO game idea, but I already have a 30 minutes a day workout challenge I've set for myself and my boyfriend. We're doing stair climbing for the Hustle Up the Hancock training, running for our 5K training, swimming (I'm teaching him to swim) and weights. By the time we get that stuff done, I'd hate to bother him with the BINGO exercises as well.

Anyway, I bombed the challenge yesterday (after 5 days straight) so I start back up with day 1 today. . .

I'm here too Crazy morning at work and then I went shopping at lunch. I was going to buy sweaters to wear up north at Thanksgiving and then remembered, and confirmed with my Mom, that my Grandma's house is always so darned hot. So I compromised and got 2 short sleeved shirts and 1 sweater. I didn't let myself buy anything huge (to hide the fat), or black (to hide the fat), nothing textured (to hide the fat), etc. The one shirt is a little snug thru the back, so there will be no slacking for me for the next month!

I just finished my salad from Panera Bread (but no bread) and I have to log it into fitday and then get back to work.

Yeah, I did the Hancock run 4 years ago and it was the lowest I've weighed post-college. I was at 135. Sooooo. . . I'm determined to train up for it again.

I'm here too! Was down for about a week with a kidney infection involving blood (ICK!) and am back. Realized I have to change my weigh in day to something other than Mondays because that leaves NO room for my absentmindedness, and come noon on Tuesday I realized I didn't log in at all on Monday with being busy at work and all. So I've taken care of that this week and will start weighing in on Thursdays!

I'm here too. I have been really busy. We just found out that we are moving. My hubby is in the military and now we are waiting on his orders. We are going back to Ft. Bragg. We can be moving as early as this Friday!!!!! Yikes. I am glad we don't have to pack anything. I am hoping I won't be offline for too long!!! I am eating right....now I have to get the motivation to do exercises. It will happen soon...I hope.
