My scale is definitely on the blink too Maybe I need a new one

Jillie - It sounds like you have a great support system. Your positive attitude is to be envied.

Corinna - I hope your feeling better. The weather can be pretty extreme here in the SW desert too. I've kinda given up on outside activities for now. I also had a run in with skin cancer and have to be extra careful (but I always was).

I'm not doing too well this week - we'll see what Saturday brings.

Well, my scale says........up one pound this week. That really stinks. I thought I may have a loss this week too. Ugh. Maybe I will try something else this week. Perhaps I can get back in to swimming laps at the pool, if I have the time.

Down 1.2 lbs. here I was outside alot this week and not near the snacks.

Corinna, the weight will come off. You can do this!!!!!

That new battery in my scale really helped! Down 2.2 pounds this week!

Don't you worry Corinna....you're just having one of bleh weeks that haunts all of us from time to time. Bet you make up for it next weigh-in

Glad to fine a thread for 25-30 lbs. this is great, thanks so much. Started IP diet, am on day 4. Haven't cheated except to have 1T of Sugar Free Fr Vanilla Coffee Mate in my one cup of coffee each morning. Can't stand coffee without it. Hasn't seemed to hinder weight loss, 4 lbs down WI will be this Fri.

Glad to have another cheerleader here! We all need support, and this is a great thread for that. We post our weight losses on Saturday...hope you'll join us

I'm with you on the coffee creamer....that's also my treat for the day

A good few of us use My Fitness Pal to log food and exercise, although unfortunately, I'm not too good on the exercise part If you haven't tried MFP, it's a great tool for succeeding on our Journey to Skinny. There are apps for phone and tablet and also an online site.

Skinny...I figure there probably aren't too many here as old as I am lol

There IS an iPhone app! Just look for My Fitness Pal. I just love having my food log right at my fingertips ! Hubs and I sit down each morning and figure out what we're gonna eat / fix / splurge for the day. Sure has helped, although it's definitely harder to lose weight now, rather than when we were younger.
