good morning, all......well, i had a bad day yesterday and ate waaaaaay too many carbs and the scale showed it this morning. up 4 pounds. what in the world was i thinking????

i am going to be so good, today, butter won't melt in my mouth!! lol

Yes, My Jax is always front and center lol....he's the most affectionate pup I've ever had! Such a sweetie and a good boy too

On track today Y'all...it's a beautiful cool day here in western NC, so gonna walk some when the Hubster gets home. I'm making Pasta Figioli.....recipe from my new favorite cooking site, skinny taste dot com. I just love her recipes, they're easy, she has step by step instructions with pictures, and best of all, all the nutrition info you need. Plus lotsa her recipes are on My Fitness Pal for easy logging.

HA, HA Corinna..that is funny...I wish we could think ourselves thin....I'll be surprised if the scale moves in the right direction for me this week. It's getting to be Fall here and I'm like a bear storing up fat to go into hibernation

Hi girls,
Well after three days of being stuck on the same spot on the scale, I was downtown this morning!

it feels great to stay on track and see the reward of that number on the scale.

today I go to Bible study which means lunch after, that is always a challenge. Hot and sticky still in Houston but we are looking for cooler weather this weekend. I look forward to that. Corinna love your pretty flower,

You have to wait 20 days and have at least 20 posts during that time....and suddenly you'll see a place to edit you signature on you control panel page.
Such fun when you finally get to create a ticker.

When you're looking at this page, it's in your upper left corner. There you can add or edit all kinds of stuff, plus see any threads that you're subscribed to.
