Hey everyone
Lots of new members - that's excellent!
I wrote that I was up a pound last week but it didn't stick. I think I'm just steady at my new set point.
I'll see you guys tomorrow for weigh-in.
Best,
Lizzy Crimzon

Well, I stayed the same...not surprising since I really overate this week. Next week will be better!
So happy to see so many new members....welcome everyone

Good morning, week 1 is behind me and I am down 6lbs!
I am thrilled to be off to a good start, but realistic enough to know that won't happen every week. It can be very hard getting down those 2C of veggies at lunch along with the soup...gotta figure something out to change that up occasionally. But I do feel great about the diet. Woke up a little light headed this am, not sure what that's about. But as I've said before...onward and downward

Hey everyone!
Good to hear people are succeeding. I weighed-in yesterday. Same old, same old. Trying not to let this get me down.
