Weighed in at 168.6 this morning! I keep on saying that I "don't like" my weights, because I felt super-dehydrated this morning, but I'm just accepting that it'll take a certain period of maintaining the same lifestyle before I can say, hey, I feel like this weight was accurate. For now, I shall just enjoy the loss, and then see where it stands tomorrow.

avie, nice to meet you, as well! And heck, if I'm allowed to binge during a comps weekend, you are definitely allowed to not be 100% on the ball while in Italy. How exciting--I hope you enjoyed your vacation! My older sister lives there (BIL is in NCIS and is currently posted there), and I can't wait until I get to go visit her!

I weighed in at 164 today, which I'm okay with. My back is still sore from my bootcamp, so I might be holding onto a little water or something.

I'm upset that I can't work out until Saturday, I've been doing so well. On that note, I'm also glad, my calves are really giving me trouble. I iced them before bed last night, and put heat on them this morning. They're really bugging me. I hope I'm not getting hurt. I don't know what else to do to heal them. I almost decided not to work out until Monday, because I don't know that they will be better.

On a positive note, my aunt thinks this is muscular and not my tendons, which is good. She seemed optimistic.

Thanks hotaru for the kind welcome!! I totally hear you on not wanting to accept my weight in the morning.. Just look at my previous post which is full of justifications (fancy for excuses!). But youre totally right, we just have to keep going and one day, before aug 31 (haha!!!), a friendly number will appear.

My biggest thing is when i dont weigh in in the mornings. It stops me from staying focused. I know its a big topic of debate but it really helps things not slip away. Im just glad i caught myself before slipping even more ... But still disappointed

So, I read everyone's posts, but I'm too lazy to post back. Sorry - I'm a slacker.

Weighed in 3 hours early today at 162.4, so I'm hoping tomorrow is a GREAT number...like 161 We'll see. Starting Saturday, there are a lot of events that will get me off the wagon, so I'm not expecting any magic. I'd love to see 159 before that happens though...HA! Not if the scale b*tch has anything to say about it!!!

164 again. Come on. This week has sucked. It's the week before spring break so my kids are n.u.t.s. I'm not allowed to workout until at least saturday, maybe monday. I'm having sleeping issues (possible reason for not losing?).

It will get better. I'll rest up over spring break and I'll stay extra vigilant with my icing and my heat packs.

It's amazing how much exercising impacts emotions and hormone balances. I was fine Tuesday, ok yesterday until I got home and it was my usual workout time...and then BAM I'm tired and sluggish and grumpy.

Lucid - I'm finally off strict bedrest today so I'm going to try doing something like that.

I have to start range on motion exercises today so hopefully soon I can get back to exercise. Still haven't weighed in, since I can't stand without my temporary cast on. Hopefully this is my last roadblock for a while.

Another .2 loss...ugh!! My body is fighting this so much & it's pissing me off. At least it's a loss, but it's so frustrating when I was dropping 1/2 a pound everyday like 10lbs ago. And knowing that I have 2 events that I PLAN on eating what I want in the coming week is just all the more frustrating knowing that they will impede getting any lower, not that it matters since my damn body isn't responding like before.

Ok, b*tch fit over.

Hi all, wrote a post with super nice personals and it got lost! Boo. Thats the worst.

Glad everyone is doing well, and for our injured friends, just rake the time to heal and remember the long term is important. Dont rush things, everything will work out

As for me, just got back from a fab workout.my eating was good today, though verrry carb heavy.i wonder if i should watch that more? In any case, i will weigh myself tomorrow, so wish me luck!!

Avie and Madison!!! Checking in on you ladies!! Seems to me that we are all struggling from the dreaded plataeu!! It seems the more our bodies lose and the closer we get to our goal, our bodies are losing much less!!

Madi - I knwo EXACTLY what you're experiencing! I've been stuck int he 150's for over 2 months now and I'm ANGRY!!! IT's not just about being stuck in the 150's and seeing these 0. losses! I remember the weeks when I would lose 2-4Lbs and this is pissing me off!! LOL

Anyway, I wanted to check in with you ladies and see if JAIME or MARY are back? Anyone heard from them?

I also want to see if maybe we can get a little group of us girls together for a commitment. Maybe we aren't eating at the best of our abilities. We can be WAY more accountable and maybe email each other daily (at the end of the day) and be completely honest and tell each other what we ate and what kind of work out, if any, that we did for the day.

What do you ladies say? We'll set a goal of us losing 3-6lbs in the next 3 weeks. Are you down?! I miss you ladies!

166 exactly today. I got down to 161 then randomly shot up to 170 the following week. Trying to get back to 161 asap, and then 159 here I come!!

163.8 today. Took me a full 5 days to come down from bootcamp soreness.

No working out until Monday...my legs are healing, but not fast enough. I see such a difference in myself when I am able to work out. And I get TOM next week. Oh well, at least we don't have school!

Going to a wedding expo type event tonight. Leaving lots of calories for the end of the day, there will be lots of sampling.
