We did 3.5 down to Starbucks this morning since we did the church thing last night. Gorgeous morning here but we skipped part of the route so Angie could take in an early yoga class.

I've been kinda out with pinkeye and a double ear infection. did my mile yesterday to keep the streak alive. Around 5:30 tonight the antibiotics started to kick in and I was just thinking "shoot, but now I have to cook dinner" when dh called stuck at work. Kids had a blast watching videos and eating cereal & yogurt for dinner while I got 6 on the treadmill.
and I dont feel the slightest bit guilty about it.

Glad you're better, ennay! And hey, yogurt and cereal ain't bad. If it's good enough for breakfast, it's good enough for dinner.

3 miles today....at 6 am it was 73 degrees. I like the heat (will be 100 today) but I don't like to run at the high temp....so it is good motivation to get my rear out of bed. I was dripping with sweat when I got home. Woohoo!
