I hit the "normal" range on the BMI charts on Saturday and rewarded myself with new running shoes. My calves love me again! (Even the one with a huge bruise from a rock spit at me by my evil lawnmower.)
I'm now 1 pound past my original goal weight. And to cap off my perfect weekend, I ran one of my Saturday miles under 10 minutes.
I run barefoot on the treadmill only. Except I got yelled at by one of the trainers at the gym today. He's not REALLY gym management so I may ignore it until I get yelled at by someone else. I have had transient PF/achilles/peroneal pain for 2 years and it is nearly gone after 1 week of this. I could buy Vibram 5 fingers but for a 5 minute run I hear those things are hard to put on. Socks are slippery but I may go to that if they get grouchy.
DH and I tried to upload some last night but first our files were too big and then they weren't recognized, so I'll try again next week, I promise! We leave tomorrow morning for a family reunion.....TN here we come!

Midwife, my photos do that also. I see Jo uses photobucket. I will try to use one of those online photo sites also. Right now my malf marathon pics are on an email to myself. I'll give that a go after some errands get accomplished.

Added 6 this morning. The first 2 were on the treadmill at the gym, then 4 more at the track. I wanted to time myself on the treadmill...I finally broke the 10 minute mark! I did a mile in 9:44. I'm making progress again.
