+1.85 yesterday, elliptical.
I disappeared again - I'm not gone, I just have a lot of inconsistency in my exercise, particularly the running, lately. Blah.

Ok, I have been so bad about posting my mileage and now I feel rotten because I did the miles but don't know how many and so I am off count and only myself to blame.
Last night: 4.4 elliptical
This a.m.: 3 running

midwife - have fun!!
I'm thinking about trying the FIRST program, in which you run 3 times a week, one tempo, one speedwork and one long run. Running 5 days a week is just not going to happen with my overly irritatable shins. I'm afraid if it starts to cause me the amount of pain it did last time I'll be out for my upcoming races (which I've paid for and everything). This would also allow me to get tons of use out of my new bike.
