Oops - I didn't update all week... Not a lot of new, but every little bit gets me closer to still falling short of my goal!

I'm back from doing 100km both today and yesterday! I'm sore, especially my rear and I have a ridiculous sunburn. I did it in 4.5 hours yesterday and 4:15 today. So mannny hills, so far my cycling has been much much harder on me than my running ever has. The event was so awesome and it felt good to be apart of something so amazing, we raised about $500 000 (about 500 of us) for MS. I'll most likely be doing it again next year

It is staying darker longer these mornings. The sun was barely peeking over the mountain peak at 6 am.

I just past 505 this morning, I was thinking I was falling behind the pack again. It works out to a little less than 3-3/4 miles a day to make goal now.
