+3.1 run this morning... I'm continuing to have to keep mileage low since my hip is not recovering fast, but on the bright side I've been biking my brains out.

Thank goodness for that otherwise I'd be tearing my hair out.

It's been a long time since I posted, but I'm still working the challenge. I'm at 396.5 miles - behind but hoping to catch up when I finish my class next week! Also, I'm down on weight to 135!!!! Haven't seen that number in 8 years! Gotta change the ticker. :-)

Angie and I did the 3FC 5K today and a bit more. Our usual walk to Starbucks, a nice trip on a pleasant morning...even ran into our daughter in law who was out for her morning run

No overtime this week but the days were tough on me....Angie was off last week on her summer break and was able to run the dogs each morning...gave me a good excuse (at myself) to not go on a walk....dang...

10 this morning with 4 at Marathon Pace. How in the world did I ever do a marathon at that pace. 4 was killer.

Went for 3 miles after church with the dogs.
