Heather -- i think its ten days shake and two days on plan. I talked it over with my COD favorite counselor and thats what she told me 2-10-2 and then start over.

FINALS ARE OVER!!!!!!!!!! I can now get back to the challenge. I ended up taking a little over a week off from the challenge. My mom and I went to the hospital for my aunts surgery on the 21st and well lets just say that after a certain time you cant get even semi healthy food in the cafeteria. So that started me on a downhill spiral!!! We ended up going to eat at the Cheesecake Factory that night wont even go into that one. Then the next day my mom and I went to the southern womens show where you get TONS of samples and do you think I am talking healthy OP samples HAHA!!!! Then we went shopping and ate at Carraba's (itallian) was super good!! So that was my horrible terrible no good weekend and i have not been eating OP this last week due to finals i hate finals week but i finished and have been POP today so its back on the plan im gonna finish out the week with shakes then eat POP saturday/sunday and do TO on monday I hope i have not set myself back to far for my challenge goal might have to extend my challenge too!

OK i have to run an errand so i will catch back up with everything else this afternoon when i get back!!

Britt

OHHHHH yeah CONGRATS to everyone you are doing super on the challenge!!! Im gonna kick some butt this summer (in weight loss that is)!!!!!!

Heather - np glad to help

Britt - welcome back!! Congrats on finals being over! Our finals are next week. This week all the professors are doing last minute tests so we are pretty busy for the most part.

Hey Guys
I am going to be honest, and say that I ate some cole slaw last night at church and a piece of chicken (without skin) after drinking my shake and eating chicken sald for lunch.
I think I am upset about doing TO and only losing .8! I feel like it is not worth starving and trying sooo hard and not seeing any loss.
I am back on track today, and don't think that the "little" mess up could hurt me too much from last night. Plus, I walked two miles last night.
How are you all doing??? I had shake for Breakfast, and brought grilled chicken for lunch.
Plan on a salad for dinner and some fruit....

Stacyj - I think I lost around 2+ lbs with this T/O. I was very strict this last T/O and I think it paid off.
Scale is @ 143 this am, but will wait for a few days of seeing that # to believe it.
I was very hungry - maybe mentally hungry - last night and was picking at DH's dinner while I was cooking it.
So bad, it all adds up.

I'm sooo close - just want to move on to maintenance land.

Thanks for the WB Yes i have to say i was just a little bit busy and now im just so tired i guess the semester is catching up with me. I am trying to get some extra sleep now but so far it isnt working im still tired lol. I forgot to grab my shake this morning before i left the house so im gonna have to run back and get it in a few minutes. I made a greek salad last night with chicken and it was wonderful!!! It is one of my fav things to eat!!! Ok so i have a confession to make myself. I have found something that is soooooo soooo sooooooooooo off plan and its something new but it is sooooo soooooo sooooooooo good. Mayfields icecream has a new flavor out called peanut butter cookie dough. I sampled it at the southern womens show two weeks ago and it came out in my stores last week. Problem is that it is in my house. So far i have not been able to resist it It is almost gone thought so i just plan on not getting anymore at least for a while. I was just wondering if you guys have certain things like that that you might allow yourself to have every now and then...

Just a quick post to say I lost 2 pounds this week! That makes 18 pounds total in the past 6 weeks. I did TO Monday and Tuesday but I ate regular OP foods instead of the shakes the past two days. I have been doing lots of yardwork and walking and I have been so hungry. I didn't think the shakes were going to fill me up enough.

Hope you all are doing well on the challenge.

Congratulations Merem!

I went to WI today. My scale is still moving in the wrong direction. Up 0.2 since Tuesday. We (the manager and I) discussed a couple things in my diary. I think she's trying to get me to have more variety. Also, I've been on a PB kick, so she asked me to try to only have PB no more than 2x for the next week, and see if that makes sense. Looking back at my old journal, I really didn't have PB when I first started. So, I'll humor her and see if it helps the scale to move in the other direction.

Good luck to all the challengers and Congratulations to all the losers!!
