ETA: At lunch time I mixed up my banana pudding. At first it smelled like that fake banana smell that some gum has. I gave it a quick taste before I put it in the fridge and yup you guessed it - that same ol' generic chemically IP taste. Don't think chilling is going to improve it!!!

Share a recipe for the kung po sauce? I'm still learning how to do the Asian thing. And AFA the banana pudding goes, how about adding a couple extra ounces of water, some MIO flavoring like strawberry or even some coconut extract, a couple ice cubes, and giving is a good whirl in the blender? Might make it more palatable, with an Island flair.
