L - 3oz lean chicken breast, 1c lettuce, .5c jicama, .5c mushrooms, .5c red peppers
D - 5oz lean ground turkey mixed with cilantro and green onions, 1.5c jicama fries (so bummed - my Wegmans has stopped carrying pre-cut rutabaga - wasn't selling enough)
S - might try to make the mango-peach sorbet tonight as it's almost 90 here in the DMV

L - Broccoli Soup w/ 1.5 cups bell peppers

D - 8 oz lean ground beef hamburger w/ mushrooms & rutabaga fries (haven't tried these yet, we'll see!)

(I wake up at 5a and go to bed around 10:30p so coach recommended 4 packets/day).

Whoa - I didn't know about that kind of dressing. Interesting. I have some kind of WF "super fruits" vinaigrette now. Oh man it is soooo sweet. Might be good on a dessert item...

How does the Yogurt/vanilla/almond RTD taste, I wanted to get some but I have to purchase the entire pack and I didn't want to waste my money if it does not taste good.

I really like it, and so does my coach. It depends on your tastes I guess - if you like yogurt, almond and vanilla you'd probably like it. It's a little thicker texture than like the chocolate RTD, which is the only other RTD I've had and compare to.

L - lettuce topped with cucumbers and onions that were marinated the night before with vinegar and salt and pepper, celery on the side, and a HS cream of mushroom soup
D - BBQ hamburger patties wrapped in lettuce for a bun, topped with fried mushrooms and raw onions and HS honey Dijon mustard, cucumber and lemon garlic baked zucchinni chips
S - HS chocolate pudding
Restricted item of the day - HS pizza chips

What a cool idea! I fried zucchini... I think I have all these ingredients, too, except I might have to use bbq flavored coating

S IP double choc brownie heated then drizzled with 1 T WF caramel sauce

And this is a diet??
