Whoa - I didn't know about that kind of dressing. Interesting. I have some kind of WF "super fruits" vinaigrette now. Oh man it is soooo sweet. Might be good on a dessert item...

S - RTD with spinach
D - Big Romaine lettuce salad with radishes and 0.5 c chopped bell pepper, olive oil, baked flounder, cucumber salad
How does the Yogurt/vanilla/almond RTD taste, I wanted to get some but I have to purchase the entire pack and I didn't want to waste my money if it does not taste good.

I really like it, and so does my coach. It depends on your tastes I guess - if you like yogurt, almond and vanilla you'd probably like it. It's a little thicker texture than like the chocolate RTD, which is the only other RTD I've had and compare to.

L - lettuce topped with cucumbers and onions that were marinated the night before with vinegar and salt and pepper, celery on the side, and a HS cream of mushroom soup
D - BBQ hamburger patties wrapped in lettuce for a bun, topped with fried mushrooms and raw onions and HS honey Dijon mustard, cucumber and lemon garlic baked zucchinni chips
S - HS chocolate pudding
