L - HealthSmart sloppy joe mix (yuk, very sweet. I doctor it as much as I can... just have to get through these packets), 1 c. kale salad with olive oil/lemon juice
S - smoothie with free spinach
D - Baked cod, 1 c. steamed broc/caul mix; 1 c grilled Brussels sprouts, free salad
water, salt, vitamins

L-Salad, WF Creamy Bacon, IP salt-n-vinegar
D-Eating out for a fund raiser at my biggest temptation fear, my favorite a Mexican restaurant. Planning on a salad with a chicken breast and sneaking in my own salsa cuz I know their's most likely has sugar in it. God Help me not want chips salsa, cheese dip, guacamole and a big fat burrito again covered in all of the above.
S-IP chocolate mint bar

Down another 1 lb. by my scales a total of 12lbs, 3rd weigh in tomorrow not feeling as good about it as last week

I track everything and this day is off the charts in every nutritional category (meaning more than 100% USRDA)* except for Pantothenic Acid, aka Vitamin B5 (I had 61%). Apparently I need to eat shiitake mushrooms... interesting I thought.

*I realized my calcium supplement was included in my log, so I wouldn't have had enough calcium either

Just a note for newcomers...coaches sometimes approve items that are not on protocol.

For comparision sake, 1 oz of milk is approximately 10 calories while 1 oz of cheese is about 110 calories.
