B - omelet with 1 c. mixed broccoli and zucchini
L - HealthSmart spaghetti bolognese with 1 c. peppers - I just found out this is a regular ol' restricted (9g net carbs, 1g fat), not a once-a-week item like I thought it was - wow such a treat, esp when bulked up with veggies
S - smoothie with free spinach
D - Salmon with 1 c. cauli-rice, 1 c. worth of kenyan style kale (has tomatoes and onions in it); free salad (trying WF Russian dressing)

A mixture of leftovers and things I didn't eat from previous plans
B - omelet with 1 c. mixed broccoli and zucchini
L - ProtiDiet chili with 1 c. peppers
S - smoothie with free spinach
D - Salmon (my 1x/week) with 1 c. cauli-rice, 1 c. worth of kenyan style kale (has tomatoes and onions in it); free salad
water, olive oil, salt, vitamins

Weigh-in #2 today, down a whopping - I didn't say "only" - 0.6 pounds (total of 3.4 in 2 weeks since starting IP). This average so far of 1.7 pounds/week is actually really good for me based on what I have experienced in the last few years.
