D - Salmon with 1 c. cauli-rice, 1 c. worth of kenyan style kale (has tomatoes and onions in it); free salad (trying WF Russian dressing)

Weigh-in #2 today, down a whopping - I didn't say "only" - 0.6 pounds (total of 3.4 in 2 weeks since starting IP). This average so far of 1.7 pounds/week is actually really good for me based on what I have experienced in the last few years.
