IP with some alts P1W17D116 B IP cappuccino drink with black coffee and a bit of WF caramel syrup L 1 cup spinach, 1 cup cucumber wedges, handful of radishes, Healthwise Salt&Vinegar crisps D Asian Beef Stir fry with 8oz sirloin, 3 cups worth of mixed select/occasional veggies (broccoli, red cabbage, celery, bean sprouts, bell pepper, mushrooms) S "cookies" made from IP Pineapple Orange drink mix and Quest vanilla protein powder (still not great but will eat them anyways) topped with WF orange marmalade (this stuff is the bomb!)

Back to daily planning! I was derailed for 3 days by my Nashua shipment - I ordered a sample box from Kay's Naturals (all would be considered restricted and they only have 12g protein each) and some organic grass-fed whey protein bars from Nature's Essence. Binge alert! Well not actually a binge, but I was eating more than one restricted in a day and not enough veggies. Anyway, the biggest offenders (the sweet snacks!) are gone. My weight held steady during this time.
So here goes, back to basics

B - HealthSmart omelet
L - 1 c. kale/cabbage salad with WF dressing, Kay's Naturals Pizza Protein Puffs (restricted; 12g protein; my RTD today has more protein in it so it averages out correctly)
S - RTD with spinach added
D - 8 oz tofu stir-fried with 1 c. red peppers and 1 c. broccoli, 1 c. tomatoes and cucumber salad, olive oil
