First weigh in down 9.2 lbs.

This weekend was hard since in the past would tend to binge without a schedule. However these forums (sept 2013 to new beginnings and Home of the 100% no cheat zone) have kept me on track. Thank you all for sharing. Truly inspiring.

WOW. Amazing losses everyone. I am lurking around here as I am on to maintainence but love to still be a part and see how everyone is doing...helps keep me accountable and also keeps me in the loop because I really miss everyone when I am off the boards.

Thankfully it is Thursday. This week has been intense...dog is sick, up at all hours of the night, I am exhausted, and so ready for some serious sleep! \

I hope everyone has a great OP day! It is worth it and so are you!

All: Remember, if there is a scale increase and you stuck to plan, there is NO WAY that is a fat increase. The scale registers the water weight, too.
We have to live with water fluctuations.

We measure progress by the BIG PICTURE and the big picture says we're all doing FANTASTIC!

What fits that didn't fit?
What is too big?
What food did you turn down b/c it is off-plan?
There are SO MANY ways to celebrate.
Let's not let the scale set our moods.

I try to remember this daily, Lisa. I've turned things down left and right and feel so proud and encouraged even more to continue. I'm losing not only weight but INCHES that I didn't at the same weight I was during calorie counting. There are so many more things to look forward to.

Lost one pound this week, 1/2 inch in my chest, 3/4 inch in my waist, 1/2 inch in my hips, 1/2 inch in my thighs, and still nothing lost yet in my arms.

:)

Oh, and if you haven't tried them yet, the new garlic and herb chips are awesome!!!!

Week 2 - down 2.5 for a total of 7.3. Slowly but surely!

zephyr1973 10-05-2013 02:57 PM

I had to buy new bras today! Went down a band size :)

I only bought 2, as I am hoping to go down another band once I'm at my goal weight, though, if I don't, I'm still very happy!

Although the scale has not moved. My jeans are looser. I am so happy about that.

Hello Everyone. I just found this thread. I started IP back on September 2 and am seeing good success. So far so good, but would love the added support of the group.
