Weigh-in on 11/22:
Weight: 169.2
Chest: 39 1/2
Waist: 35
Hip: 42
Arm: 11
Thigh: 20

I think I'm in a stall. I'm not losing as much as I had thought I should. I missed a week of weigh-in due to being sick, but I had expected to lose more. Oh well. Gonna keep on keepin' on!

Hey all! Here's to staying strong through Thanksgiving! To the pounds we've gotten rid of and will never see again!!!

Noticed nobody from the September start cohort had posted in a while - how is everyone doing? How close are you to reaching goal? How did you decide that magic number?

I weighed in today at 165.6 - so far, I have lost 39 lbs! I am super excited and now I can wear a lot of clothing I never thought I'd be able to wear again. I really did not think I could do this, yet, I am!

I was talking with my coach today, and she asked what my goal weight was - I told her I was considering dropping down to 135 - she was surprised, and asked if there was a reason I was going so low - I had thought at 5'5", it was a "logical" weight, but she measured my wrists, and said I was a "medium boned" person, and I would likely be fine at 145-155.

Anyone else trying to decide their ideal goal?

Congratulations zephyr1973! Fitting into clothing is better than chocolate imo!
I have been on maintenance since Sept. & am finding the holiday season to be a real challenge. At first I wasn't eating enough & my weight continued to drop; now it's crept up a couple of pounds. I thought I would never ever want the junk foods again, but it is so easy to have one piece of candy or cookie and the craving is right back for more more more!
In time, I hope the new me will feel more familiar and it will be a little easier to manage these temptations. Right now, I keep having to remind myself that I'm not big--it still feels a bit strange.
My strategy is to weigh every day and hold the line at 145 lbs. If I go over, I'll do P1 for a day or 2 or 3.
For those who are stalled, this may be TMI, but my coach told me the colon can hold up to 10 lbs, even you think you are 'regular.' What worked for me, & kept my weight loss fairly consistent was Smooth Moves tea, peppermint being the most pleasant flavor. Hang in there! Even if you fall off the wagon, you can get back on again when you feel ready.

Congrats Zephyr!!! I am also 5'5" and have lost 35 pounds since September 11th! I am currently 135 and want to hit 125 which is a place I have never been in my adult life but I feel so strong on this program I want to get there to see how I look and feel. My BMI is 24.5 right now so I am finally in the green. I question the accuracy of the wrist measurement as my wrists are tiny but my ankles and legs are NOT. The Hamwi method states for a woman 100 pounds at 5 feet and 5 pounds foreach inch over that....I guess that is where I got my 125 from, but it is ALL personal preference! Keep me posted on how you do!!!! I am excited for my next ten pounds to come off!

I have not selected my ideal weight yet... I'm kind of just going with the flow... I have lost 56 lbs to date since mid september, but I am at least 100 lbs from where I would even consider being an idea weight...

I m totally stalled, weight is not going down. Lets be honest, we are not totally 100% OP, I mean after being there for so long I can have extra few bites of chicken here and there. But still just stuck on 137, so 135.6 a few days ago but it bounces around 137 for a few weeks now. Am I thrilled about being able to fit into size 6 without spandex - of course. My coach did the BMI machine and was thrilled I moved from At Risk to Acceptable zone. She said I should start P2 at 128, but I just can't get to loose those 9 lbs. Look almost impossible now.

I am like many here. I started September 7th and am down 38 pounds. I originally thought 140 would be good but was told 145 was where I measured for a good BMI. I am so close and finding the holidays difficult with a few cheats but no weight gain. I am fitting into an 8, down from a 14 and thrilled yet still see the " large" me when I look in the mirror. I know I have to work on that if I want long term success. P2 is on my horizon now.
