Morning Augusters!!!

Last week I bought the Milk Chocolate Pudding and I loved it!! This week I bought the Vanilla Pudding and, to me, it's too sweet and tastes like cake batter!!! It's edible, but I do miss my morning Chocolate pudding (after all, how bad can a "diet" be if you can eat chocolate pudding for breakfast!!!)

Aaaaanyhooo!!! On a TMI note, I had a surprise BM this morning :-o The Big C is always a concern, especially since I was regular before IP. Maybe my body has gotten used to the new way of eating? Who knows...

OH! My coworker has her consultation this evening and she should start OP tomorrow, I am so happy for her. She's been talking about loosing weight for quite some time and I know she wasn't happy with herself. Since she's seen me drop 11lbs in 14 days she's ready. It will be very nice for her to be on IP too since the other two of us that are on it in our department can help her along the way...especially with the first week and getting into Ketosis.

I tried the strawberry banana drink today and actually liked it! It's a nice change of pace from all that water!! I am starting my fourth week on the program and am really discovering what I like and don't like. For breakfast each morning, I have either the fine herb and cheese omlett or a banana pudding pancake. I use 1/2 a vanilla drink in my coffee mid morning and alternate between the peanut butter bar and the strawberry wafers for my restricted each day. For the other 1/2 packet, I either have one muffin made form pudding or now the strawberry banana juice. There are some flucuations but those are my staples along with my lunch and dinner where I split the protein and veggies!! Going to a wedding this weekend so that should be interesting!!

Anybody have any ideas to make the Mango drink taste and smell better? I had 1 packet and thought it smelled like butt when I was drinking it.. had to plug my nose to get it down... at 4+$$ a packet I can't afford to just throw them out...

Grrr... so far this is the only packet I don't like.

I started IP on August 28th, my first week I lost 16.5 lbs. First few days were really hard but now seems easier, I am not much of a veggie eater so that has been a challenge thus far! I am hoping it will get easier the longer I am on the program. Fingers crossed!

Just started the program today..40 pounds to go..hoping I have the same great results everyone else is having with the program. Just have to mentally switch my thinking and not rely on food as my drug of choice!

I put some crushed ice and 1/2 squeezed lemon!! In my blender.

I saw more inches than weight, and it was disappointing. But I am loosing like 3.2 per week. I started on 8/8/2013.

That sounds yummy...do you blend in a blender? Add ice? How much PB?
