I tried this one twice. It was ok.

Recipe: potato purée, 1 egg white, 1/8tsp Baking soda and about 1 oz water (maybe a little more to make thick pancake consistency). Bake at 425 for about 5 mins, then flip and do the other side at 5 minutes.

This one I use for breakfast almost every day. It seems to satisfy my need to feel like I'm eating bread, or in this case a pancake like thing.

Take 1 package of crispy cereal (or crush up one package of the Apple Cinnamon Soy Puffs to a powder consistency; make sure you don't have another restricted product if you use the Apple Cinnamon Soy Puffs). Add a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix all with 1 egg white and add enough water to make into a batter consistency. Spray your omelette pan with Pam and cook. Use the Walden Farms Pancake syrup.

I sure do! I will be eating something at a restaurant, and I get this panicky feeling when something gets stuck. My husband can tell by the look on my face that I am in trouble. I have actually had to go to the bathroom and throw up to get it dislodged. I am going to have that thing removed as soon as I can!

Nolasmurf, I would have a hard time staying on program if I lived where you did. As a matter of fact, that is where I am headed for my birthday vacation at the end of the month and I plan on going off plan while I am there. I am going to stick to as much protein and veggies as possible but I do intend to eat one beignet.

Beignets are great but you'll only need one. The other foods I can take it or leave it. Learning to love things that aren't fried or covered in a butter sauce has been interesting. Enjoying the spices and find new things to try is fun.

Week 2 weigh in this morning... down 5 pounds this week for a total of 15, really happy with that!
We tried making waffles with an IP pudding packet and a little egg white , it was really good especially topped with WF pancake syrup (I want to put it on everything!)

It is hard to avoid butter sauce in N.O but I am going to give it my best shot! I love trying all new spice combinations on my veggies! Have you tried to making dehydrated zucchini chips yet? You can make them in so many flavors.

Hi Augusters!!!! Today is such a beautiful day down here. Nice and sunny with a breeze...it's ideal island weather, lol.

So this weekend is a dear friend's birthday and about 8 of us are going to an all you can drink Sunday CHAMPAGNE BRUNCH!!!!! At first I mildly freaked, but then I realized that since it's a buffet there will be plenty of lettuce, and veggies, and Iced Tea and roasted meats (without gravy and sauce) for me to indulge in. I'll just have the 8oz of protein at Lunch and 2 cups of veggies with tons of lettuce. That's the plan...I just have to execute it, lol.

Have a great weekend guys and gals!!!

You will do great at brunch, I know it!

Right now I think I'm drinking a new breakfast favorite. Two cups spinach, one Premier Protein shake (vanilla), dollop WF choc syrup, dollop sf El Torino caramel syrup plus very generous shake of cinnamon, add plenty of ice and blend = VERY YUMMY!!!

I found a BBQ zucchini chip recipe on The Fitnessista. I just substituted stevia for the brown sugar. Best chip replacement ever!

My husband is now hooked on the chocolate drink/spinach/WF raspberry jam mix smoothie... haven't had the guts to try it yet, something about drinking spinach, but he says you don't even know the spinach is in it
