L- Chicken patties (IP) in a lettuce shell with hot sauce and WF chiptole ranch
pureed cauliflower with 1/2 packet mushroom sauce for gravy
D-Chicken coated in SW Cheese Puffs (crushed) and baked and probably jicama
Dessert-Chocolate shake!
Premier protein 1/8 cup with Coffee
IP Strawberry Wafer (r)
IP Leek soup with 2 cups veggies Salad with evoo
Afternoon : cause I can never wait! IP Chocolate Pudding
Salmon with Zuccini and Mushroom w/salad and WF dressing!
