Thanks everyone!!
Wow, great job! I started on 9/16 and I'm just about a pound or two behind you. Can't remember what my inches lost is, I think around 13 1/4 inches. It really is the best diet ever.

I seem to be starting out a little slow though, my 1st week I only lost .4 lbs, but a loss is a loss and I'll take everyone. I'm on my 2nd week and hope my WI is much better Saturday.

Hi Lee Ann! :hi:

you have a great attitude.... a loss is definitely a loss! I can't wait to hear about your weigh in results on Saturday.

by the way - I have been to Alaska numerous times as my family has sled dogs and race competitively... love it up there!

I'm glad to hear that. Just started getting snow Sunday, not much, but it's here 'til April now. Lows have been in the 28-30 range, still quite nice, days are 35-40, just getting started for winter

I am new also and love this thread. Due to an illness I have been forced to eat like a vegan for a period of time. Has done wonders for my diet. Lost 7 pounds in the last week. Cannot wait to hear everyones progress thru the next few months.

I just finished my first week! Started 10/10. My first weigh in is not until this Friday, but already I feel great! Pants are already starting to feel looser. Would love to keep in touch with other starters!

I had salmon also tonight and some steamed spinach, so good. I take it you don't like the soups? Most days now I seem to just grab one of the ready made drinks along with some veggies. All the sodium in the foods are giving me problems, so my coach suggested I give up the soups for a bit as they are high in sodium.

Hi everyone!

Another newbie here. My name is Allison and I've been on IP for 5 days. Weighing in on Friday- I'll let you know how it goes!

I found that i actually enjoy the soups, but ONLY if I don't overheat them. I made that mistake the first day and it turned out clumpy and gross. From then on, I've been adding steamed veggies to them and heating low and sloooow and they've been great.

Glad to see everyone on here. I love hearing everyone else's stories!

I enjoy the soups (except the tomato basil...). A slow heat on top of the oven seems to give the best results. I think you and I are on the same weight loss track in terms of weight. I just started a week ago, let's stay in touch!

Y'all will be surprised how close you will become with a lot of people on here. I have been on here now since April and I have met so many people its amazing. When I say met I mean on here., There is no one close enough to meet in person closest is a couple of hours away. I wanted to find someone really close so that we could hang out and stuff but haven't found someone yet

I have only had 2 soups thus far since today was only my second day... first one was great, tomato basil I had to day, not so much!
