Really! I use to live in MacKenzie years and years ago. Hated it lol to cold. I have lots of family that live up north too. Thank you for the encouragement.
I am further up then that but I def. know where Mackenzie is! I live in Ft. Nelson and yes, it can be cold! lol
and no problem at all... that is what we are here for... encourage, motivate and celebrate together!
OOPS...sorry didn't mean to welcome her before you, I just get excited when a newbie comes in because they can learn so much here.....I'll go back to my corner...ha

lol.... don't be sorry, silly!
we all love having someone with as much experience and knowledge as you and Wayward around and it is exciting to see so many new people!
Mom, I appreciate the compliment.
I am no expert, but I do take stuff in like a sponge, even if I don't do something myself I can usually answer or find an answer to a question.
Anything I can do to make this journey easier for someone else is all I am after.
I wish all you newbies the best of luck.
Like I am old school, 3 months lol.
Day 3 is nearing to an end and I am happy with how easy it has really been. Tomorrow will be my first day at work OP and worry a little bit about the unlimited coffee available...
Enjoyed reading this thread, Good luck to Everyone
Newbie Here!!! Day 6, the first three days were pretty horrible - headaches and hunger. But, feeling pretty good now! So far, I like the drinks and bars, not a big fan of the soups though... time for another glass of water!

Is it a double coffee pot where you have one you have brewed and another one where you can keep hot water? if so Keep hot water readily available to brew you a cup of tea. Keep water with you at your desk and bring a couple of bags of tea with you so when you feel tempted with the unlimited amount of coffee you can have a cup of hot tea!

Another Southerner perhaps? where from Southbelle? you aren't the ONLY one who is not a fan of soups either. I stick to the drinks and bars mostly!
Hi all! Newbie here too! In fact, this is my very first post and I hope I get it in the right spot! lol!
Tomorrow starts my 4th week on program. I am only down 15 pounds and am a bit discourage honestly. The inches seem to be moving - 22 inches so far -- but my coach had thought I would have perhaps lost a bit more too. I have been following the program without cheating, but will try to be picture perfect this week to see if I can move the needle before I panic. So glad to have found all of you. You are inspiring and give me hope.

Tres that "O" word doesn't exist in our vocabulary, its 15lbs gone, any loss is a good loss and NEVER ONLY a loss. Its a loss that will stay gone forever and you don't have to lug it around any longer

It is one of those with instant button for French Vanilla, Moccachino etc. I will have to bring a kettle for Tea, but that will work. Thanks!!

You are welcome, just try to think of different way to prepare yourself for any situation, that is what I do. I look for things I can do different than what I used to so I can stay OP.
