What is spaghetti squash? Is it anything like spaghetti? Spaghetti use to be one of my binge foods but in the past 9 months I have not had any and would love an alternative.

A corn tortilla w/black beans, salsa, a sprinkling of grated cheddar, and a teaspoon of light sour cream. Iced green tea (unsweetened) to drink.

And, I'm starving!!! But that was after a 4-mile run, and was 2 hours ago. I'm off to the store to pick up something for dinner.

Mmmm I'm starting to like the water with cut up cucumbers, lemons, grated ginger and fresh mint leaves. It's way better than plain water and I get to eat the cucumber

Don't strave, eat more fruits and veggies. Look at what I ate today misus the ice cream of course. I am losing weight and I am eating smart expect of course for the ice cream. I LOVE ice cream! I don't drink or do drugs but I will do a bowl of strawberry ice cream.

Anyways nver strave yourself you will just binge, it's human nature. Have you read "You on a Diet" by Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen? It changed my life and relationship with food.
