I got up late went to URM, after that I went to the bank and bought some more fresh fruit and veggies, and because I was hunger I bought that crap. I should never go to the grocery store hungry!

260 3 Organic eggs scambled cooking in a 1/2 tsbp of butter
30 2 Tbsp's of organic salsa

breakfast---1 serving of cream of wheat with 1 cup of frozen blueberries and 1/4 cup of unsalted sunflower seeds. Very filling. Of course a glass of water too.
